Cheesy Alfredo- had no Alfredo at all. When talking with the manager I was told there was Alfredo put on this pasta, but it just might not have been to my liking… dry buttery noodles with shredded cheese on top is not Alfredo. A credit was given that only lasts 30 days

Ordered a pizza at 5:23 on a Thursday, estimated time to delivery was 29-39 minutes. Called at 7:25 to be told it was on the way (I live ~10 min away). Call again at 7:53 to be told oh they just left only for the driver to call me at 8:01 saying he grabbed the wrong order. Said forget it and got chick-fil-a instead, thankfully I was going to pay with cash so I didn’t have to fight them on the credit card.

They have the best prices really when it comes to having people over and wanting to have options and desert. I got 3 different pizzas and a 20 pc cinnamon sticks, all for 50$. That was with extra toppings on all of them, no plain cheese or anything but the BBQ pizza, Hawaiian with no pork, and a beef pizza with 4 different toppings. ONLY downside was our cinnamon sticks were a bit overcooked and hard, but they were still enjoyable.

Ordered large super supreme, hand tossed. I received a pizza with light sauce (did not request that), hardly any meat or veggies. I won’t be ordering anymore. I get a better deal and more meat from Walmart deli pizza.

The last 2 times I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers pizza what was delivered was a Pepperoni pizza – 2 pieces of Pepperoni per slice. This is NOT what I ordered. When I called to complain I reached the call center after a 20 minute wait before being redirected to the Alice Drive Pizza Hut. A worker finally came on, I asked to speak to a manager, and was put on hold again. As I type this review I am still on hold 55 minutes later. They could care less what you actually ordered, could care less if you are ripped off, could care less about fixing their ‘mistakes’, and could care less about about your satisfacion.

Not the 1st time we had to wait 20+ mins for our food after we ordered in. I was pissed cause I had to wait even when it was done. I called mad cause I didn’t know my bf for got to put pepp on so I called mad. Realised I was wrong, and the kid still had a attitude with me. I hate going there. All them kids are rude but apparently that’s the only place who sells dinner boxes. It’s okay I’ll tell everyone I know never to go there again. Cause I wouldn’t but like I said dinner boxes. Get better people or quit. Horrible horrible people
