I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni sausage and onions. The pizza itself was good. The only thing I didn’t like was that I ordered the pizza online and it asks if you want to lave a tip. I opted not to leave a tip because I was picking it up… I did not dine in. I paid for the pizza online, but when I got there to pick it up, they gave me a receipt to sign and ask again if I wanted to leave a tip. That’s a first… Typically when I order online I don’t get another receipt asking me to sign and leave a tip. I still did not tip.

My veggie pizza wasn’t fully cooked and had no sauce. When I called to have them make me another one they said I had to contact DoorDash. DoorDash wouldn’t give me a refund. 0 stars if I could. I used to love having pizza parties at Pizza Hut for my birthday when I was young now I wouldn’t feed it to my cat. Sad and nasty.

First, they try to discourage dine in. No sweet tea and no fountain drinks. Bottle soda only. They do not take your order at the table. You order at the counter, like a take out order but they will bring the food to you.

I received this coupon in the mail and attempted to order a specialty from the Pizza Hut on Asheville Hwy and was told there was no coupon with this on it. I kept insisting I had it in my hand and the girl kept arguing with me until I told her I’d get one somewhere else. It’s possible it WAS a misprint but I believe they have to honor it. I couldn’t even get a manager to speak with me but perhaps they don’t have those anymore. Needless to say there are alot more places to get Pizza.

Have you been inside? Don’t. Ever. It’s awful in there… Smokey, bathrooms are a disaster. The stall won’t lock. Everything is just old and run down. Fountain drinks and ice are broken. We had to use boxes as plates. The emoyees use the banquet room as their employee room which is whatever. The food is the only redeeming quality, it actually was pretty good. So as long as you get it delivered or takeout you should be good. If you dine in, good luck to you.

Pizza was not what I was expected, I ordered a Big New Yorker with extra pepperoni. The pizza was a disaster, over cooked, and very skimpy on the pepperoni. Overall it tasted like a frozen pizza from the dollar store. I definitely won’t be back.
