I placed an order via the Pizza Hut app for wings and a Supreme thin crust. The pizza does not resemble any of the advertising photos nor does it match the quality ingredients that I am used to getting on my pizzas. As evidenced by the pictures the wings just were not up to standard. I have ordered from this location a LOT and have never had any issues in the past. The wing most likely had the skin stuck to the side of the basket while cooking and unfortunately the basket kept that juicy morsel. I reached out to the Sales Manager and he confirmed that this was in fact what most likely did happen and that it should not have been served and that they wanted to make it right. We will see if they make it right.

The only star is for the very friendly employees.. but the pizza & bread sticks were horrible.. frozen from the store would have been better. Usually, Pizza Hut Pizza is so distinct that you could blindfold a person & the person would instantly know it was Pizza Hut just by the smell and definitely by the taste. The pizza & bread sticks we received reminded me of something you would get at a low quality beach stand.. the kind you only pay for because you’re too tired to go out anywhere else.. so you begrudgingly pay like $6 for a piece of cardboard pizza.. that’s what our order was remicsant of. We splurged as a treat and to say it was highly disappointing would be a huge understatement.

Pizza arrived at room temp not very hot. Pizza was all twisted and smashed into itself. Of course I filled out the survey and no followed up with my issues. The new pasta is not as good as the old one. When it’s served hot I’m sure it’s better.

So I never write reviews and especially bad ones. But I’ve been trying to get ahold of the general manager for this store for more then a month. I’ve called, walked in, everything, and every time a employee tells me she’ll be there, and so I come back and she’s not. I called today and they told me she was supposed to be there at 9am and still isn’t there it’s currently 12pm. How are your employees more responsible then the person “supposedly” running the store. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Will no longer be going here.
