Pizza Hut, 3002 South Morgan’s Point Dr, Mt Pleasant, SC. 2 issues- this pizza was delayed, and appeared to have been held in the warmer for quite a while as it was dry, brown, and tasteless. Additionally, the previous pizza was delivered very late, so an offer of a free pizza was emailed to me in an effort to make up for it. Unfortunately, I entered my selection for the free pizza several times, but no matter how I tried, their site would not accept the promotional code. While there was nothing indicating that the free pizza was for pick up only, I can only guess this may have been the issue. If so, I can’t imagine why they would have attempted to overcome a poor delivery experience with an offer for a pick up only option. This doesn’t make up for my financial investment, and most certainly doesn’t make up for my wasted time. The bad news is they lost my business, but the good news is they saved about $30 instead of securing my lifetime business. I got delivered the wrong order, I called to just let them know and hopefully get everything sorted out. I got put on hold for 10 mins so I called back later and before I finished my sentence I got put on hold again. I called customer service I didn’t know what else to do. I decided I would just eat some of order I received (which was 4 pizzas, cheese sticks, and cinnamon rolls.) I swear to you I’m not making this up, two of the cinnamon rolls were eaten. I just want a refund I don’t want anything else.

We ordered stuffed crust pizza. There was absolutely no sign of cheese in the crust whatsoever. Furthermore, the pizza overall was undercooked. First time ordering from here, and it will certainly be our last.

Over cooked and under sauced. Not only was it more pepperoni bread than pizza half of the pizza looked like it was cut with a weed eater. I prefer Pizza Hut but this particular location offers below average pizza and well below average service.

We do not like the door dash delivery!!! One girl sat in her car and in the parking lot for 20 minutes. We thought she was a customer and went to ask if she needed help, She said “No, I got y’all food.” He car was FULL of fast food trash, our food we cold, sauces were misses for our order and the pizza was not in a heat bag. She just handed it to us from her window . She just handed us through the window. DO BETTER! You are sacrificing customer service for the sake of saving a buck. YUCK! Ordering for delivery from this location is impossible. I have ordered two times for delivery from this Mt Pleasant location and they never deliver. I have tried to call them to find out where my order is and I get someone on the phone that is not local and is just a out sourced ordering service. The franchise owners need to look into this. In order to get my refund, I have had to drive to the store the following day just to get refunded because when you call their phone number, it goes to an out sourced ordering service. This is so frustrating!
