It was hard to believe this way a new store. Not enough staff. Not only was my order wrong but my pizza was also dried out crust and burnt. Pizza Hut use to be so good. You will be better off spending your money at little Caesar.

Kaitlyn was amazing, she is the manager of this establishment and to say she was the only person working cooking, prepping and ringing up orders is an understatement. Our order was prepped just as fast with her being the only person as it was with the store being staffed. I can’t believe she was the only person in the store besides the delivery driver who looked like they were taking as many orders as possible out to deliver. I really hope that this store can get staffed with employees that are just as dedicated as the staff of two was tonight!

Absolutely disgusted with our delivery. Wing sauce was running down and inside the smashed pizza boxes. Everything was covered in buffalo sauce. The pizza was cold, and the driver didn’t say a word when I grabbed the food covered in sauce. Every box was smashed.

Giving them a 5 because they deserve it. Short staff it’s hurting them but the customer service is there and its great, be patient and considerate. Food was great and happy they still here, I would suggest if can reach by phone go in person and place order . They will take care of you

You don’t deserve one star. We are over 2 hours from once we ordered. Our original time was 6pm and we are still waiting. Never plan to order Pizza Hut ever again. Go back to your original delivery system

Awful customer service, ordered pizza and never received it and no refund. Went to store and black guy look like he was on drugs and disoriented. The black guy couldn’t explain why I did receive my order yesterday. Stay away awful service.

I will never order from Pizza hut again. I tried to order couple weeks ago and my order was delivered in horrible condition. Got a credit from the a credit mind u .. then tried to order bout a week after that and was constantly hung up on got a hold of some sort of manager and got more added to my credit. Order after that thought I was using only part of my credit nope apparently pizza hut doesn’t know what credit means when I came into day when I went to make a order was told they were out of dinner boxes and bread sticks and the credit I was issued was a one time deal either I used all of it or I lose what wasn’t used a week ago this pizza hut location needs to be shut down immediately

Extremely rude. New to the area. I assumed Pizza Hut closed at 11 and not 10. Walked in the door and was met with a girl yelling at me that they’re closed. Not a “sorry we’re closed” apology or anything. Literally “We’re closed” and a cutting motion at the throat. Why was the door unlocked if that was the case?
