They were so rude! I will not be back. Placed order online and paid online received confirmation email. Went to pick order up and they tried to charge me at window. Looked at bank accounts and charge was pending to post to my account and they still said receipt says you owe. Instead of trying to check with third party online app they walk off discus among themselves then come back to window hands pizza out window does not say a word, I try to ask if it showed up and they close window in my face. That is what made me furious. Called to complain and she wasn’t pleasant either, but said she let area manager know. Very very upset with service and then on top of that pizza was not cooked all the way and just wasn’t good at all…. If I could do lower than one star I would.

Ask for extra cheese and pepperoni did not recieve it. Boneless chicken was hard and barely had any seasoning on it. Pizza was very sloppy. Will never waste my money there again. Inside of the restaurant smelled like bug spray, it was dirty. Parts of the wall is missing in the kitchen area. This building needs alot of work done to it. My first and last time there

Ordered med. pizza thin crust sausage,greens peppers, onions!! Carry out. Opened the box sometime later and what i got was sausage, green peppers, black olives. Pizza is worst ever. Yuck!!

If I could give negative stars I would. This was by far the most ridiculous experience at a pizza hut ever. We were quite literally the only family in the entire restaurant. It took one waitress 20 minutes just to get our drinks, when another waitress came out to take our drink order and still took another 10 minutes. then it took an hour just to get our appetizers (which we ordered at the exact same time as our drinks and our pizza). Again still the only people in the restaurant. Never got our pizza, after an hour of waiting another (not the same) waitress comes out and tells us they are having to redo the pizza because of a mess up on the preparing table. So we decided to leave. They still charged us full price for the appetizers and drinks. It was absolutely ridiculous.

MARCH 16 Can’t even give this store a star. BUT HAVE TO to post. Went for dinner date. What a joke. Waitress was SLOW and rude. Took our drink order, but said they were out of Pepsi, would we like a bottled one instead? Yes. Had to ASK for a cup of ice for it. Ordered a salad with our pizza. Waitress did not offer dressing selection. I had to ASK for a dressing. Waited and waited . Shouting back and forth for 20 minutes between Pick up window and kitchen. When salad still didn’t come, husband went and ASKED for it at the Pick up window. Waitress brought the salad in a TAKEOUT container, with NO silverware and ON TOP of a BOXED pizza! NO plates, no service! HORRID! Yellling continued. Dining room guests ignored. Phone rang off the hook for 3 minutes- so loud! Waitress charged for TWO drinks. Brought it to her attention and to the “manager”. Bill was NOT adjusted. Disgruntled customer ( Hmmm, wonder why??? lol) came in and began to argue with manager at window. They began shouting and cursing out each other. He threw her out of the store right in front of the dining room guests. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK NOR ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!-

So I did an online order for 3 personal pan pizzas for my kids I live near mcbee and went to pick up order they said they canceled my order they had no personal pan pizzas left no call or message they must not make their own pizzas if they didnt have any left my kids was upset had to order online and just make it a large pizza wait 15 more mins they seem to have kids working or teens that only want to hang out and do nothing honestly just go to domino’s they seem to know what they doing.

Fairly clean, dined in and it seems like they don’t really do this any more. No real silverware, no friendly waitstaff. No Pan pizza, and they were out of Alfredo, so no chicken. Alfredo to go with pur Supreme pizza.
