Double Clean
Friendly customer service. Waited necessarily too long for the food. Call in order and paid at the drive thur. Already waited 30 minutes before was told there will be another 15 minutes .Park for 45 minutes. The pizzas were never brought out to our car. Eventually I had to go in inquire about the food . It was finish sitting on the counter. So was not busy inside. Had watched waitress through the window. One of the piece of cheese did not take fresh and there was no problem with our 2nd pizza. We would return to this Pizza Hut. Because we know nobody’s perfect.

This store is in another county over.I order a big box and flat pizza and the order were burn,everything was black.the manager said bring it back after I got home she will remake it…I lost my appetite, she wo t allow a credit and was very rude..I li e too far to go back I asked to let me take a picture …I don’t want anything free but I do want what. I do want what I pay for never again

I’ll preface this by saying I am not a pizza fan, however, my children are. The service was quick and efficient and the pizza was decent. We had coupons, so, 2 l.arge pizzas, bread sticks, cheesy bread sticks, and cinna stix did not cost very much and fed our family of 4 plus allowed us to have leftovers for the kids the following day. Overall, excellent service.

This Pizza Hut was awesome. We hadn’t had a pizza hut pizza in so long. This one is fantastic. Pizza tastes GREAT. We dined in since we were traveling home. Unlike Lake City, we later found out, they give you the red pepper and parmesan shaker on the table. The service was excellent, staff was so exceptional. They had a very large order coming out that needed to be on time, so the manager said that may slow our order just a bit, but probably not though. We just sat at our table and chatted, lost track of time and b4 we knew it our pizza was out, steamy hot and delicious. Our only regret was not ordering a larger pizza to have leftovers. As we were wrapping up our visit, we decided to order a dessert to go. They kept us abreast of the time, took 15 minutes to complete. The whole environment was so clean and calm. We’ll probably go out of our way to stop there again for the great service and friendly staff. Kudos to all… Great JOB

If you order online you might get your delivery. It will tell you they are preparing your pizza and it never comes. They don’t call and let you know anything. Poor customer service.

Order ahead so my order would be hot and ready. Waiting 15 minutes was I got there. And my food was cold. No heat to it at all. And they wanted me to wait even longer.

First time visiting since they rebuilt the restaurant. This place is no longer a family dining restaurant. Its just another fast food place. “Here’s your pizza, now move along.” There is no atmosphere, no comfort. Just a Utilitarian design to get you and your family in a out as fast as possible so they can maximize profits. The pizza was good, but thats the only complement. The marinara sauce came in small cups and was cold, like from the fridge. And they charged me per cup. They didn’t have any plates, and was about the serve our pizza on napkins. Someone eventually thought of using the small boxes to serve the pizza on. The part that annoyed me the most was as I was paying for the food the cashier made sure to point out there was a place on the receipt to add a tip. Really?! It’s self serve. I have to get up and walk across the restaurant to refill my own drink. I did write $1 for the tip, they did at least bring the food to the table. Why tip if you have to serve your own drinks and clean your own table?! It’s feels like Pizza Hut has sold their soul to try to be the #1 pizza place and all they got was a boring restaurant that’s not worth a return visit.
