Horrible, horrible service I ordered online I want to two large pies with two toppings regular crust first The pizza wasn’t even sliced. I had to slice it myself, the crust looked very thin and old, there so much sauce on the pizza it was completely inedible when I called the store a woman answered. She was nasty and rude. When I told her that the pizza with inedible, the crust tasted old and I requested a refund she yelled and said no way and hung up the phone on me. When I tried to call back, the phone was busy for a very long time very very unprofessional service services. I will never order from here again.

Absolutely the WORST pizza/delivery/service I have EVER had with any pizza delivery. Was not told would be delivered by Doordash. Took almost 30 minutes to deliver from when it left. Was COLD when it got to me. Spoke to Unique at the store, she was NOT helpful, did not even apologize. Told me to call back Monday between 11 and 12…I work at that time. Will NEVER USE ANY PIZZA HUT AGAIN! Will call the Domino’s right across the street. No wonder Pizza Hut’s are always empty.

4 years ago I gave this Pizza Hut a really bad review. Here lately I have given them another chance and I have been more than pleased. They have come a long way. Hats off to the staff. Also they have a great delivery driver who I wish I could remember his name. Keep up the great work.

Had great service tonight from Pizza Hut in Socastee. I switched my order from delivery to pickup because they called to let me know my delivery would take longer than expected due to staffing. When I got there to pick up my pizza at the drive through I was very impressed with the positive attitudes. They apologized for the delay and greeted me with a smile. Good service is tough to come by these days.

Was told an hour. Was over an hour. When I called to inquire, I was met with negative attitude. They can save their attitude for the next customer. I did tip the deliver guy appropriately bc it’s not his fault some lady couldn’t be respectful. Won’t be back again. Take a lesson little girl. Don’t talk to people with an attitude.
