I have never tried a Pizza from Pizza Hut. But with commercials. I figured I give it a try. I called my local Pizza Hut. Wanting a pizza. Called twice to be placed continuously on hold. Then I had to call back . Because I was hung up on . I just wanted a Pizza. Now I guess it’s Pizza Pizza. At least they are dependable.

I’ve gotten pizza here in the past and it wasn’t that great, but recently it has.. I Ordered a personal Pizza on 4th of July, it was on point!! There was only one lady working in there and she was literally running back and forth working hard.. She was polite and pizza was ready in 10 mins like she said.. just had to leave a review because she was running that store by herself it look like, and the pizza still came out better than usual.

Hi just spent 60 buck at the pizza hut in taylors sc location ! Worst pizza i ever got from pizza hut ! Both new yorkers ! Were dry and like they been cooked for 2 days ! Hardly any pepperoni ! Tried to eat a piece ! But could not chew it ! Called to ask for refund ! And i got hung up on ! Just wanted money back ! Want ever go there again ! And will tell everyone i know to stay away from this location

The food was hot but the way my food look is unacceptable. And my order was incorrect. I had to ask for my change. And when I tried to call and resolve the issue I got hung up on. This is not acceptable at all.

I went to this Pizza Hut 12/6/22 and after placing my order I was told that I had to wait until the manager came back to ring me out. The cashier cooked my food and I had to sit there while my food was getting cold until the manager came back from shopping at Publix grocery store. She finally walked in the door with a shopping cart. She didn’t acknowledge her customers at all. She never apologized for such poor customer service. I asked her if she not trusted her employees to cash her customers out. She stated that she was only gone for 10 minutes which was a lie. I reached out to corporate office which started out on a good note. I am not sure what is going on with them now because they haven’t confirmed anything as of yet. This was awful customer service. I will never visit this location again!!!!

Ordered pasta wings and ranch dip. It was almost 2 hours before half my order was delivered. The driver was great at trying to solve the missing items which was the dip and wings. About 35 minutes later the wings arrive but still no ranch. Maybe the man who made the first delivery should be the manager and not the driver.
