My wife called tonight, and they kept her on hold for 15 minutes. Not to worry, our friend used the app to order. The app said it’d be 15 minutes when we started the order, but then changed to to an hour and thirty minutes when it was completed. When two members of our party went to pick it up, they said it had been sitting there for over and hour. They explained that the official time via email was an hour and thirty minutes. You can tell by the pictures that these pizzas have been waiting forever to have someone eat them. No efforts to recook something. No effort to make it up financially. No real apology. They had our friend’s number through the app, but didn’t call or make any effort to contact us. They were literally sitting around on their phones according to our friends. They said “we’ve been waiting on you all night.”

I’ll start by saying I’ve never left a bad review in my life. I placed an order for a pizza delivery. After over an hour of calling for confirmation and too find out why my pizza wasn’t here considering the website said it was ready and I only live 15 minutes away. I decided to just pick it up myself. Sure enough there was a poor girl working the entire restaurant alone. I understand her frustration and why my pizza was so slow. So my issue is with management. I do not think it’s cool to offer delivery service when you cannot do that. Pizza Hut is heavily dependent upon delivery so I don’t think it’s fair to open when you aren’t fully staffed. I will say the pizza was great and that girl definitely deserves a raise.

My husband and I just picked up a Meat Lovers Pan pizza and it’s delicious. Best pan pizza we’ve had in a long time. To the crew working today, thanks for the great pizza and service! We’ll be back.

For the second time, I’ve placed an order and it’s over two hours later and no pizza. I tried calling and no one ever answered the phone. Can’t even get through to confirm what is going on and make sure the order is cancelled.

Save yourself the trouble and go to the one in Cherry Dale. They never get your order right. One of my pizzas was wrong when I got home and half of it was stuck to the box and tore it apart trying to get it out. Done with this location.

Food was horrible!!! All the bread sticks, cinnamon sticks had 0 seasoning. All the bread was floppy. No structure. When my wife picked up the food, they said everything was there, yet she had to drive back to pick up our order of double cheese sticks.

Not sure what’s happening with Pizza Hut, but it’s time they step their game up. Just dropped $30 on pizza and breadsticks and 90% of it went in the trash. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but if they don’t know, they can’t fix it. Half the pizza was crust, minimal ingredients and zero taste. The breadsticks were the best part, and that wasn’t saying much. COME ON HUT! Let’s go!!!! 2 Stars, 1 for each breadstick we ate!
