I ordered a large sausage pizza on this past sat mid day. The price came up to 17.86. but when when the transaction came to me. The price went up to 35.72. I called n tried to talk to Brian who is the area manager. He got very rude n nasty with me n hung up on me twice o tried to get his bosses number but got the run around again. This place is not worth going into they do this to me they will do it to you.

They immediately had an attitude when I told them my name and that I was just waiting on my order. My app said my order was done so I walked back inside and they looked at me and said with an attitude “your food isn’t ready. I’ve already told you this”-this was after I waited 10 minutes to come back inside. I told them sorry and that my app said it was done. They then proceeded to talk about me and my order in a negative way. I’m not sure if they were having a bad day but I was in no shape or form rude to them. I was being patient up until they realized they forgot part of my order and tried to blame me for their mistake. Once they were done with my food The lady threw my food on the counter at me, rolled her eyes, and said “here’s your food” after getting an attitude. The only one who made my visit bearable was the younger guy at the counter. It was the manager that was the rude one and his assistant I believe. She was wearing a red shirt.

Pizza Hut in Lancaster SC is great. I’ve been back in SC for a year now and we have been to Pizza Hut several times. Their Pizza rarely has anything to complain about. The employees are always nice and seem to care about what their doing. This is a great to see because the Pizza Hut in NC on S. Tryon street is terrible. I actually quit going to PizzaHut for that very reason.

I bit down on something hard in my pizza. It looked like a piece of a bone or fingernail. I took it back and he was very nonchalant. He said it must have come from the manufacturer. What?? He offered a refund or to remake the pizza. I definitely declined the remaking of the pizza! I took the refund and the foreign object I found back. At this point I need to really find out what this was…disgusted.
