It was our first time at this Pizza Hut. The gentleman (Vidal?)who took our order kindly answered all of our questions with a smile. He was pleasant, upbeat and quite personable. If I still had my business, he’d be working for me. Oh, and the pizza and Cinnabons were delicious also. Would definitely recommend this store.

The App works great but the food is generally subpar. (Aiken, SC Location) I cant speak for other locations but mine isnt good. Messed up orders, cold delivery, forgotten toppings and sauces, dry hard wings, and that’s only the tip of the issues I face at the Whiskey Road Location.

I absolutely would not feed my dog let alone my family the garbage they made for us. It was the cheesy bite pizza. There was barely any cheese in these so called bites and they were rock hard. I could throw tge pizza like a throwing star and it would surely stick to something. We called to talk to a manager and were on hold for over 45 minutes before being hung up on. The guy at the counter has zero customer service. He talked on his cell phone before we could even pick up our order…I would never recommend eating at this establishment.

I just ordered my pizza from Whiskey Rd for the first time & it was good to be honest but only thing is way to much cheese which I never asked for & another thing my cheese steak melt & there’s no steak it’s way more chesse then steak when the steak is the mean thing of the whole cheese steak but basically just make it right . & it was alot of bread as while & as I sed it was still good just need some changes

Ordered 6 pizzas and when we went to pick them up today (3/3/23) at around 5:30pm, the guy who came to the window was super nice. That goes along way. It’s nice to go to a restaurant and have the employee be nice and respectful instead of grumpy and acting like it’s a problem to even speak to you.

False Advertisement!! Dry and little cheese = NASTY! I guess Pizza Hut has a cheese shortage! Why advertise What you can’t deliver? Both locations..I don’t know which is worse after 4pm York St or Whiskey. Guess I’ll stick to Fernando’s or Papa John. I know for show Papa John doesn’t have a cheese shortage..cheese from the crust down and you can see it and taste it. Gonna try to upload pics.
