Work
First, I place an order and go in after waiting 30 mins only to be told they don’t have my order. The mgr, bless him he didn’t know what to do except ask if I wanted to place another order. I said I’ve waited 30 mins and showed that I placed it at the right location. I said you’ll need to compensate for my time and inconvenience. He did. Only to get 2 sorry pizzas. Look at the pizza Pizza Hut advertises and what they give. Reminds me why I stopped ordering. The cheese starts 1/2 way down the slices instead of at the back and I asked for hand tossed. I have thin crust. I drive to PaPa Johns on Wrightsboro in Augusta to get great pizza.. pizza with cheese and the toppings is what’s supposed to be not skimpy. They pizza match their advertisement! Welp, pizza hut won’t be back here. Give people their money’s worth and stop giving 0 quality pizzas.

Don’t order from here if you want it delivered. They now outsource deliveries through Door Dash, but you don’t know that until 20+ minutes after you’ve ordered. That’s when you get a text from Door Dash letting you know your order will be delivered by them, while they also add 15-20 more minutes to your wait time. Food arrives soggy and “warm” at best. Spend your money elsewhere!

Ordered a pizza today 6/29/2022 online. We live about 15 minutes away. Pizza was ready as soon as I got there. Staff was excellent, very polite and friendly. Place was nice and clean. Pizza was out standing. First time going there, but will be back. A+++ for them.
