My entire order was incorrect!! I ordered a CHEESE PIZZA WITH BEEF & onions on half the pizza but received a pepperoni pizza! I also ordered cinnamon sticks but received cinnamon rolls! The manager was careless and so was the staff ! The girl at the register tried to correct my order by leaving the register after dealing with money she proceeded to pick pepperonis off a pizza without cleaning her hands and putting on gloves !! I asked for a refund but was unable to receive a refund because no manager was on duty. I am upset because I was treating my son to pizza last night. I will just stick with just Giuseppi’s pizza !

This location is so convenient. It is mere blocks from my home and the service has always been great and the pizza is always ready when it is promised to be. The only negative was that the air conditioning is broken in the store and the employees were working around multiple ovens in an unbelievably hot environment. Somehow they were still polite, friendly, and conscientious. Their boss should know how rare that is. Please fix this problem for your awesome employees.

Can’t handle delivering pizzas very well. Charging delivery fees when you pass the responsibility off to Door Dash? Then door dash screws up TWICE making what should be a very simple delivery. This location and the door dashers they use are not worth the time or money.

The young man that took my order at the place (I believe his name is Antonio) was the best. He was joyous and very polite. He even brought my food out to the car when it was ready. Now that’s service. My pizza came out just the way I ordered it.

Ordered deliver. Was dropped off at someone else’s house. The manager told me it wasn’t their problem I could talk to the delivery driver. The driver claimed they dropped at the correct address and I must be crazy. Afterwords I contacted the manager who then finally told me they’d issue a refund. That was over a month ago now. I completely understand a mistake being made but keeping my hard earned money is unacceptable

We ordered delivery of a large pizza, 1/2 x-cheese, 1/2 pepperoni. By far the worst pizza we have ever tasted in our lives. D’Giorno from supermarkets and all the other pizzas as well, make way better pizza than Pizza Hut and they are far less money… $20 for that horrible pizza! We get 3 DiGiorno at Sam’s for $14! It had hardly any cheese to start with, and there was no extra cheese on half and the pepperoni side of it was no better! 1st and last time we ever go to Pizza Hut! Cardboard pizza

There was a mistake with my order at first, but the manager, Star, made sure our order was made right the next time. She was very helpful, and kind. She genuinely took care of her customers and I really appreciated that. This Pizza Hut does a great job!

Last moonth, we had absolutely the worst experience. Will never go here again. Ordered my pizzas online. Came 45 min later to pick them up. Told to wait…they weren’t ready. 30 min later, a different employee asked me what I was waiting on. When I told her, she said that they couldn’t make my order because they only had thin crust pizza at that time. Since I had already paid online, they couldn’t refund me at the store. So they made my $38 order with thin crust and gave me a $20 handwritten voucher for “next time.” When I got home, we realized we were missing an order of breadsticks that I paid for, and the pizzas were barely cooked. While I was waiting, one employee walked out and never came back, while several others kept up a profanity-laden conversation about who they did and did not like to work with. We truly love pizza hut, but we will not be coming back to this location.

For a quick dinner. The pizza was fresh and delicious. I have it four stars because the Manager was in there by herself. Taking orders and cooking. It was pretty dam busy. I shame Pizza Hut for that and doing what every restuarant does around here. Pay low with no benefits.
