I called this location and they hung up the phone. Called back and was put on hold. Drove to the store went inside (door chimes) 2 or 3 workers were in the back. I waited for someone to at least say I’ll be with you shortly but nothing. It was obvious the workers had given up and didn’t want to be bothered. Nothing left to do at this point but walk out and spend my money elsewhere.

I placed the order online. I arrived at the scheduled time. No customers were there. He hadn’t even noticed the order in the system. He started preparing it once I got there and you could tell. My melt was greasy, thrown together and burnt. The Cinnabons were messy and cold.

This was by far the best experience I have had at Pizza Hut in over a year. I ordered the new melt, and a taste maker. The best cooked Pizza Hut I have had. Reminded me of how Pizza Hut used to be! Thanks to Corey and his staff! I will be ordering from this location from now on, as long as Corey is on duty!

All I ordered from this place was a large cheese pizza, cheese sticks, and one of the creamy pastas. My entire family and I got sick from it for days. Idk how you mess up food that bad. Never go here.

This location was very busy with only one delivery driver, so patience was very needed, even though two 14-year-olds were really hungry. The pizza was ordered at 8:40 pm and arrived by 11:00 pm. The hilarious part was, a police officer delivered the pizza. Why, because the delivery driver had just been arrested! The officer went over-and-beyond the call of duty, delivering pizza as he understood, someone was waiting for that pizza. It was just crazy, I was hysterical laughing. So, thank you officer for getting that pizza to two very hungry teenagers.

The email confirmation said my order would arrive at 8pm, but it did not arrive until 9pm. I ordered at 7:30pm. This is unacceptable. The manager was not helpful and would not give me a refund. This is the third time I’ve dealt with this. I will no longer be ordering from pizzahut.
