Firstly! I wanna tell that it is 0 stars if I could. The WORST PIZZA HUT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!.I ordered pizza at 9:45 pm on app for pick up and was there to pick up at 10:00 went in asked for the order they said that it’s in the makes, when on app it showed it is ready for pick up. we waited until 10:30 PM. While we were waiting inside they locked us in from 10:06 and closed the doors for other customers when it shows that it closes at 11 PM. If they have to close at 10 they can put that on the website or something. Reluctantly making us wait is not professional. The pizza looked like its only crust and barely any taste in it and it was waaaayyy undercooked. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Ordered a 1-topping medium pan pizza. When I arrived I opened the box and realized it was a cheese pizza and not pepperoni. Initially I thought it was a mistake on their behalf but after looking back at the order it was in fact my fault…I forgot to add the 1-topping. The girl at checkout was super sweet and asked me what I wanted to do, so I asked her if we could please remake it. She said sure and went to inform the pizza baker for the night, MARCUS. He loudly said, “I already made her order, she can’t get that if she ain’t pay for it” as he continued to sit in the seating area…chilling at work with his ear buds in. I in fact did pay for a medium 1-topping pizza, but the girls were at a loss for words. ENAYSIA was super and stepped up to correct the pizza. Both of the girls at the counter have amazing customer service and understood that this was a simple problem in need of a simple solution! GOOD JOB LADIES and keep being great!!

I beg of you! please do not buy any pizzas or any of the other food items from this Pizza Hut location your health may be compromise. On Saturday 11/26/22 I place an online order for 4 pizzas to be picked up at 11:00 am. I got there got my 4 Pizzas and headed to my destination and hour away from the pizza store. When I open the pizza boxes for the event I was attending, I was disgusted with what I receive. I will let the pictures speak for themselves the pizzas dough look horrible not cook to specification. I couldn’t return them the same day, so I went back to the store the next day Sunday 11/27/22 and I spoke with Katherine Bailey the General Manager. I share my concerns with her and my dissatisfaction with the pizzas and I told her that I wanted a full refund. Her response to me was she couldn’t give me a refund because in her eyes the pizzas where fully cook. I was lost for words seriously? The Store manager the individual responsible for proper training, food inventory, product quality control, she allowed those pizzas to be serve and sold under her supervision and don’t see the issue with the pizzas? So now she got me questioning the freshness of her pizza products especially the pizza dough are they expire? her actions and attitude, clearly tells me she don’t care about the quality and freshness of the food products being cook and sold under her supervision. Therefore she’s putting my health, your health at risk whenever we buy from this store. Also Pizza Hut Corporate should be hold accountable as well for allowing this horrible service to continue with hundredths of complaints already on file what is going to take a food poisoning lawsuit? PLEASE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIZZA HUT LOCATION

Paid $40 for almost nothing. Delivered my order, & multiple items were missing. When I called to at least get refunded or a credit, they kept transferring my call over where no one answered. Do not go to this location, I’ve been eating Pizza Hut all over the country for years & this location was by far the worst one. Practice business etiquette & common courtesy people!

2nd time 12 months later was the last time at this pizza hut. Employees were rude, lazy, incompetent, and unhelpful. The guy I spoke to wasn’t willing to fix my order (allergic to fennel in Italian sausage) and claimed they were out of the extra ingredients I ordered. Also the manager couldn’t figure out how to refund the extra toppings. After talking to the manager they finally remade it after wasting an hour of my time for a simple carryout order with the ingredients they were supposedly “out of.” It’s one thing if they are busy, but these “employees” are negligent to the point of complete incompetence. I hope the health inspector shuts down this nasty place because if they can’t handle a simple food order I can only imagine the negligence for cleaning and sanitizing.

Ordered a one topping pizza at 9:35 pm and started calling asking where it was at 10:30 after not arriving at 10:15 as expected. Called 5 different times and was left on hold indefinitely each time for 3-5 minutes each time. Finally called at 10:55 requesting a refund and was put on hold again till 11:11 pm when I finally hung up. No pizza. No refund. Had to call Amex to dispute the charge. I AM A REGULAR AND BUY PIZZA HIT NEARLY EVERY WEEK BUT TRUST ME WHEN I SAY I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. WORST PIZZA HUT LOCATION ON THE PLANET!!!!! Did I mention they were also unbelievably rude EVERY TIME I talked to them?! Totally Unacceptable. The WHOLE staff including management should be fired

Decided to have lunch today at Pizza Hut…and I’m glad I did! Briana wore many hats…she took my walk-in order with outstanding customer service. She also was training a new employee…also she was getting car ready for delivery ..all with a pleasant smile…you all need to get this young lady some help and also up her pay…even though this location is short staffed..I will definitely be back all because how this young lady ran around this store to the best of her ability to make sure customers were taken care of…..thank you Briana..appreciate you!

Ordered at 7:46pm. Store was 6 min away, yet took 1hr 45min to get it. Pizza was cold. Wings were soggy. My soda was hot. They didnt provide a receipt. And they didnt bring it to my hotel room; they made me meet them in the lobby.

Ordered for delivery over the phone. Called once after 30 minutes to check status of order and was out on hold. Called again about an hour after and was out on hold again. So took my own car over to the place to figure things out. Got refunded for the delivery and finally got my pizza that had been in the heater since I ordered it. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT ORDER, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR FOOD! I placed an order online for delivery and it never came. When I called the call center it registers my order as having been delivered. My partner and I both called and sat on hold for over an hour and multiple attempts to get through. I finally drove over to the shop and my pizza was sitting in the hot box and it was smooshed to half the box as if it had been sitting on its side and the order was wrong bc they were out of ingredients. I was give zero explanation for why they marked my order as delivered and I was told that they do not have working phones in the building. I would have never received my pizza and I wasn’t any explanation or apology.
