I hate giving poor reviews. It took an hour to get my order. When I opened the box it smelled and looked way over-cooked. The crust is tough, has no flavor, not fresh at all. High prices and low quality do not go together.

I had the best customer service experience in a very long time. I ordered online for delivery. After a hour and a half of waiting I called the store spoke to Mikel and asked if I could just pick the pizza up myself. He gave a sincere apology and just made it right with me and I appreciate it he was super kind and understood my frustration. After arriving to the store Mikel greeted me with a smile and had some fresh pizzas in the oven for me. When arriving to the store it seemed to be understaffed. Which made me appreciate the interaction more because I can understand how stressful things can get when short staffed. This will be my go to Pizza Hut going forward and thank you again Mikel you deserve a raise. -Alia Gray

Pizza was good but I ordered extra crispy and did not receive it that way. Ordered Pan Pizza crust and that crust tasted better to me when it is cooked a bit longer than the thinner crust pizzas. I did carryout and the pizza was ready exactly when the app said it was and the cashier handed it to me as soon as I walked into the location.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! ONE STAR is way too many! They DON’T follow directions! Yesterday I called to make a delivery order. I told the person I talked to that my order needed to be delivered to my neighborhood’s pool, not my home. I gave them pool’s address. Person on the phone ensured me that delivery person would contact me before arriving. I also requested to bring plates, and napkins. Well, NONE of those instructions were followed. For a reason I don’t understand the delivery person arrived to my home, instead to the pool. A friendly neighbor told them that most likely we would be at the pool. He/she never called me. He/she just dropped my order in the parking lot!!!!! No confirmation call, no plates, no napkins. It started to rain, and boxes got wet. When I called to let them know what happened, the person I talked to said there was nothing to do!!!!! He just told me that the only way to fix it, was that I had to go to he store to get plates and napkins! Please, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ORDERING ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET!
