pizza so undercooked. cant even pick up each slice to eat. needed to recook it in my air fryer for it to be edible. second time we have ordered from this location, and the pizza was doughy. Just order from the other pizza hut on windy hill instead. better results and the food is actually cooked. either fix the timer on the pizza cooker or get more attentive people who wont make the dough too thick for the timer. yuck

Wish I could leave a zero review. Living in Tulsa I ordered a pizza for my son in Smyrna just out of the hospital, at 9:10, eta of 30-40 minutes. Two hours and 8 phone calls later I was told the order was placed but not sent out for delivery and the store closed at 10:00. The Regional manager Alex was supposed to call me back but never did. Epic fail.

Disgusting food and service. I placed an order for delivery and Iscc 039525 was very rude and unprofessional.He claimed he was the Manager. I told him I was unhappy with the food. He then said he was aggravated and hung up on me? What happened to customer service? Is this the type of people that you want representing you PIZZA HUT? I will be calling Corporate. He then refused to give me my money back. SMH

I’ve been ordering from this location for about 4 months now. I don’t know when they moved from the freestanding restaurant to the actual strip. I’ll place an online order and pick it up on the way home from work about once or twice a month. The staff has always been friendly, and the pizza has been excellent. It’s not Antico or MTH, but it’s also not $30 a pie. $11 three topping pan pizza seems to always be on the website. Just good, low cost comfort food, ready on time, with my order correct, handed over by a pleasant staff. What more could you want these days.
