When people order EXTRA it means ‘EXTRA’ since I’m Paying EXTRA for the more I want on my pizza Clearly EXTRA dont mean anything to them besides more money Ordered extra mushrooms got 2-3 mushrooms per slice thanks pizza hut! Let’s talk pizza. Well before that I want to tell all my readers about heart in 2018. As you all know I m always looking for the best outstanding customer service places. Well here’s one for the books. I’m sitting outside this pizza hUT lost and out of no where appears this angel named Me. Daisy. She offers me a fresh to order pizza of my choice at no charge. Mind you with a smile. As you all know I’m looking for Kirsty and Kayla my daughters. They gave me I think one of the best made pizzas I’d had in quite a very long time. I left and I then went to Walmart with my gift card. Then to be honest I’m trying to get there where the kids are. Well Ms. Daisy again came to my aid her dad is a driver so she contacted him. He is going to pick me up and get me to them. So I want you all to come and give this pizza hit your business 5 star service is exactly what you get. Thank you Great Great Great.

Awful service don’t waste your time Like I did. I thought this was the good one… I was proven wrong. Listen to the other poor reviews. What’s going on these days with food service it’s like they don’t want your money. Not only is the online ordering frustrating as hell and difficult to navigate(not to mention the weird extra charges when I never added extra toppings?? So why am I being charged??). But try calling the store bc maybe talking to an actual person would expedite the proces… YEAH NO. First off they put you on a weird hold right after someone picks up the phone(that’s all well and dandy)…. Until it loops endless commercials. And I do mean endless. No one picks up, so I hang up and try again. Then someone picks up the phone, only no one actually speaks I just hear intense breathing on the other line… keep asking for someone but no answer, just breathing? No pizza for us tonight I guess, thanks for steering me from your terrible services!! To think I used to love this location and Pizza Hut in general. Everything’s just going down hill these days. Pitiful.

Very disappointed by the Buffalo chicken pizza didn’t even take more than 1 bite… it was very dry and burned I even asked the guy who served me if it’s suppose to look like this and he said yes !!! Wow I’ve been a customer for a very long time and this needs to be fixed!

Ordered curbside take out at the end of a Monday night. I texted as instructed when I arrived and waited and waited for my order in my car. I watched 2 others wait and wait and then go in. A worker would appear then disappear for a lengthy time in the back. I was hoping they would notice my arrival as I wasn’t breathing well and didn’t want to exert myself more than necessary until I could get to my meds. Finally, I went in too. When I went in there were 2 workers and only my order in the holding case, The phones weren’t ringing and I didn’t see any food being made or in the oven. So idk why 3 customers were overlooked in a row. Hopefully they work on that. Food was fine.

Order here often and it is disappointing that no one can read the instructions on bring my pizza to the driver door! Also, you need better time management on making pizza for pick up times. NOT like I have worked for pizza hut before as a driver. Let’s do better and mop the front end of the store….gross! Hence why I don’t want my children in the store and if the winter chapel store was closer I would order at Betty’s store.

Nothing like my favorite specialty Pizza Hut pizzas after arriving home from a long trip out of the country. You are so ready for your comfort food. I got a great deal and delivery directly from their app. It arrived hot and after midnight! I was so grateful I could still order shortly before 12am. I am never disappointed at the meld of perfect flavors and balance. I’m going to have some more right now!
