They get my order wrong and I can’t get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue. This is the last time I’m ordering from here. Second night I won’t be eating because they put pork on everything, and I don’t eat pork. Please learn the difference between pork and beef if you’re not going to allow customers to call when you mess up their order!

If I could give zero stars I would. Tons of people waiting when I arrived. There were atleast 5 people working but everything was slow. I could see the pizzas in the back just sitting on the side getting old and cold after they came out the oven. The pizzas were burnt onto the pans. The girl boxing them had to scrap the burnt pizzas off of the pans because they were so dry and burnt. My pizza came out old and cold I didn’t even take it. I ordered online so I paid in advance but I am calling corporate for a full refund.

I ordered a pizza on the app through this store a week ago they never delivered it and have not returned the money yet. Then I ordered a thin crust supreme and they delivered a meat lovers pizza to the wrong side of the house and did not follow the directions. This is the worst Pizza Hut in the United States!

I called to place an order. I ordered it early to be at my job at a certain time. They called about 10 minutes before delivery and said their drivers didn’t come in until 4pm. I said is there no one there that can deliver, or a manager who can and she said no. First of all, you should’ve called way sooner than 10 minutes before dilevary. Then it’s your companies mistake, it’s your place to fix the issue you obviously ignored until the last minute. I ended up going to Little Caesars. Didn’t want to leave work, but would’ve leave to go to a place who ignored an issue and their only solution was to cancel the order. Get it together!! Do better!! Bad customer service!!!!! I would leave a negative star rating but that’s not possible. Won’t order from here again.

Very slow service each time we’ve ordered this past year, usually 40 minutes to over an hour late. Any time we call to see where our order is, I get placed on hold for 10+ minutes with no answer. One time the wait was over 2 hours for a single large cheese pizza that never showed. This is our last time ordering from this location

Service was a bit slow but customer service was good. We were just happy to find an eat in pizza hut location. They are extinct these days. Pizza and breadsticks were fresh and the wings were good. Would definitely go back. The only thing was this pic… I eat my pizza with a fork… so get it right hut. Lol

This is RIDICULOUS I made an order and it said it was going to arrive at 9:30PM it is now 10:15 WAY PAST THE TIME it was “SUPPOSED” to get here. Y’all’s service is HORRIBLE and you guys need to be shut down I will never order ANYTHING from here ever AGAIN. Spent $19.97 on a New Yorker pizza and they removed the tomato sauce for NO reason. I even gave a $3 tip for the most awful pizza. To b my local pizza hut, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. No more shame on me, damn
