Best Pizza We Have Eaten In A Long Time !! Was Told It Would Take 45 minutes to An Hour And It Was Here In 15 to 20 Minutes!!! We Were Very Very Very Pleased With The Food And The Person That Took My Order She Was Very Polite!!!And The Delivery Driver Was Fast Getting Our Pizza To Us!!! Delivered cold burnt greasy pizza melts. Then called them and the lady said we can refund food but we need it back. I had this delivered to my home. I told her they can come get it. So I took the food back the lady I spoke to on the phone ignored me when I got there a young man helped me . I showed him the food. He was apologetic and had food remade. I waited 30 more mins for a remake. Then the lady brought me the melts I checked them and 2 were burnt she says they are crispy so the 3rd one wasn’t burnt. Her attitude sucks. I ordered at 8pm and finally at 10:30 pm got more greasy burnt food but it least it was hot that time. I wanted a refund but my husband wanted the food. I will never eat at that location ever again. Horrible food and worse customer service. Big

We ordered the pasta and it was terrible. The pasta was dry and the chicken one had barely any chicken in it. We received a really small portion of pasta, and even that was disappointing. I will not be visiting this location again.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered two pizzas and I clearly asked for them to be well done. When I got home and I open the first box I noticed that it was not well done but I just let it slide and we ate that pizza. When I open the second box which was the same kind of pizza that was in the first box that’s why I did not open both boxes at the same time . I noticed that that Pizza was very soggy it was not even cut into actual slices the pizza was soaked and wet. I decided to put the pizza into my own oven to finish cooking it. The pizza was so soggy that the cardboard that they place the pizza on was literally peeling off on to the pizza . Then I decided that I had paid too much money and I need it to call and let them know what had happened. Some guy gets on the phone and very rudely says to me that the person who took my order said I did not ask for well done. When I stated that I know what I said because that’s how I always buy my pizza and maybe the guy just did not hear me or possibly forgot the guy in turn told me that this particular order was the first ever order they had ever had for me in their system. Which I knew this was a blatant lie because I have physically walked into that store and ordered pizza throughout the years. When I told the person I had no reason to lie as if I’m trying to get a free pizza he tells me all that he can do is make another Pizza and I have to bring the old one back up there in order to get a new one. I’ll have you to know that at this point it’s almost 10 at night and it’s around 40 degrees outside. So I let this guy know no I am not coming back out because it is dark and it is cold. I asked him why can’t you just give me a credit in the system so that when I decide I want to eat pizza again I can just call and order a pizza because I had the same thing happened with Domino’s and they gave me a credit in the system with no problem. The guy continues to insist that this is all that he can do because he cannot see the pizza for himself in order to believe in my story. I have never experience terrible customer service on this level ever if a person is calling in with a complaint you are supposed to do whatever needs to be done in order to make the customer happy. With this store the customer is not always right and they do not care about the service that they give you the workers team up together and in turn gang up on the customer and call the customer a liar. I will never ever order from this store again I don’t recommend that anyone else order from the store. If you want to receive decent service and have someone show empathy to your complaints against improper Pizza go to Domino’s or s local place for real pizza and not pizza soup. Oh yeah for whoever from Pizza Hut reads reviews since you want to see what the pizza looks like so badly. I attach photos of this soggy disgustingly made pizza that you also deeply don’t believe was made poorly.

The pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. I give four stars because instead of a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, I received a supreme. It was so good though. It cost more than my two topping pizza so I know the other customer was upset. My other pizza was just spinach and tomato. It seems like all restaurants are ridiculously stingy with spinach but will pile on onions, bell pepper and mushrooms for example. I don’t want extra spinach just a normal amount spread equally over pizza. The delivery girl was friendly and professional. The pizza arrived in the timeframe quoted. I ordered online. The picture shows the remaining pizza in one box. I hope they have removed the staff that caused all of the negative reviews because overall I had a great experience with this store. Thank you.

I am in a hotel only 5 minutes away from this Pizza Hut. It was out for delivery for 25 minutes. When it finally showed up the was burnt on half the pizza. Not impressed at all with this location. Won’t be using there service again when I am back.

I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza… seems like i got more of a pepperoni and BACON FAT pizza… each slice had big pieces of the gelatin textured fat from the bacon. Thank god the toppings were included with the deal. I’ll stick to ordering this type of pizza from different places… even dominos uses real bacon meat.

I don’t normally like to leave negative review but the behavior of the manager on duty was unprofessional and immature. I ordered a large pizza and wings, upon arrival it was realized the wings were left behind. The driver Frazier told me he’d be back in 10 minutes to never return. After speaking with Manager or shift lead Maria I was told I would have to come pick it up but she would leave a credit under my number for my trouble. Once I arrived I was told that I would not receive a credit because I came and got the wings. ??? I asked for a refund on the order and was not refunded the full amount on the wings. There was no effort to make me feel anything other than disgust. I would not recommend this place to an enemy. The energy is off and that could result in inadequate and unsafe preparation of food. I will not take my money to a place where these factors exist. As it would be rewarding detrimental behavior.
