The gentleman who assisted us at the cash register was super nice. They didn’t have any coupons in store but I got one of their deals. Pizza Hut has gotten pricey but we were already inside so decided to stay. The pizza wasn’t too bad, I did enjoy the boneless wings

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever visited. This is very underrated and unappreciated. I’ve always received good pizza from Pizza Hut with the exception of this experience. Stay away from this location. The sad part is I couldn’t even feed my family this mess. I stay to far from this location to drive back. The pizza wasn’t done either, I’m so disappointed in the representatives that represent pizza. I will be returning for a refund.

Ordered pickup at 11:45 and got my food at 12:47. The pizza was undercooked so badly that it was cold and the cheese was unmelted in the middle. Pasta was cold in the center, like below room temp.

I ordered 2 pizzas on the app. It said 30 minutes arrival time. It was almost 2 hours. They were completely cold. The thin crust was so hard like cardboard. And the delivery driver just left them on my front porch in the rain, didn’t even knock, nothing. I had several very hungry teens so we ate them anyway. Pizza Hut has really gone downhill. I don’t think we’ll be ordering again.

Had such a great experience with Miss Kat the new general manager. Food was excellent and hot. Service was immaculate. Dined in and the restaurant was extremely clean with music playing. Best Pizza Hut I’ve been to in years!!

This is a great location with very friendly, attentive staff and prompt service. Donna is so nice, and the younger female at the front recently has been nice, too. Following the app and in-store screen countdown to the moment your order is ready is great and this location is one of the best for that. Our favorite Pizza Hut in the area that we keep coming back to.

First let me say that Donna was working entirely by herself and being a magician of getting every job done, she was amazing and was putting up with a busy phone, busy foot traffic for take out and still managed to give us really nice attention and refill our drinks etc.. we were there today to take a little trip down memory lane of the times we would hang out at the local Dine in Pizza Hut and while there was no Salad bar (one of my favorite parts – Obviously not in the Covid world we live in today) BUT the Pizza was still as we remembered, fresh out of those ovens is the only way to eat that pizza. Donna, thank you for your super hard work today! We appreciated you and the delicious food.
