Ordered from here. The manager at store changed my address to omit the last part. When it was delivered to wrong address manager refused to make it right. I had to fight for a refund. I contacted corporate. Managers shouldn’t disrespect customers. Went from being great to never coming again.

I ordered $60 worth of pizza today and it was the best pizza ever , the customer service from the lady that served me was excellent, she was so nice and had warming conversation , my pizza , wings and bread were hot and so yummy ! Will definitely be going back for more pizza!

This location used to be GREAT, management must have changed because the majority of workers are very short and rude. Now, i will say the young man who was working the counter was extremely courteous and very helpful even when the older lady, who had clearly been employed there longer than the young man, was extremely rude and short when he inquired as to how to do something when I was checking out.. Uncalled for by any employee to speak to another that way and especially in front of a customer!!

It took a long time to get pizza and when it arrived it was cold. Our cinnabons were burnt. Overall the quality and taste was very poor. Did not receive the value of 51.00, that I spent. Very disappointed in Pizza Hut!!

Another awful purchase, management at this branch equally as bad. Doesn’t take ownership blaming others, rude to their customers, gives you plenty of wait time and attitude when refunding your money. Over all, demonstrated through their actions they don’t value my business after being a long standing customer for many years. I will not be back!!!

Twice in 1 month I placed an online delivery order to the Northwest Cobb Pizza Hut. Neither time was my pizza delivered and I had to go to the store and pick it up because when I tried to call the store to find out what was going on, the line was busy. When I got to the store, they stated their phones were broken, both times, for a whole month?? They stated both times they only had 1 delivery person. I’m fine with that, I understand the worker shortage, but I would like the courtesy to know this information before I place my order so I can make the decision to cancel my order or know that I will need to carryout. They said they couldn’t call me because of the broken phone and when I asked why they don’t update the information on the website where ppl place the orders, they stated they don’t have access to do that. Come on Pizza Hut. Be better than this. Make the phones a priority and make it where the stores can update the website so ppl know the status of their worker situation.
