When we moved here two years ago, this Pizza Hut was delicious. The last three times we have been here it was terrible. Barely put any cheese on the pizza. I usually don’t comment and leave reviews but unfortunately something changed at this place. Just not what it used to be. It’s a bummer.

This location continues to decline in the quality of food prepared and served. It has been several months since I and my family have been to this Pizza Hut location so we decided to give it another chance. We ordered a very simple carry out “hand tossed” pepperoni pizza. What we got was a pizza that was very cardboard tasting. Domino’s has a better “hand tossed” product and at least it is fresh dough. It was ready for carry out when I arrived. It is a reflection of quality control, poor management, personnel. To many other pizza restaurants to give our hard earned dollars to for better quality pizza than this Pizza Hut location.

Tonight I place a take out order for “The Big New Yorker” and I have to say, it’s the best take out pizza I’ve had in ages. $2.50 for the extra cheese I thought was a little high, with the little amount added (picture attached) but with inflation? I guess it’s to be expected like everywhere else… However, bravo on this pie! Very tasty!

Okay, we all love the Hut, but I’m sick and tired of receiving our boneless wings with not enough sauce and not shaken . Just Breaded chicken sitting. Okay, well I can do that at home and I will be moving forward. So thank you for saving me money.

Both Pizza’s we ordered were way over cooked. Asked why and employee said well we will try better next time. Asked for manager and was told she was is the restroom. Never have had any issues in the past at this Cartersville location but the service was awful. Paid $28.00 for our order and it certainly should have been remade or at least had the employee be more understanding and easy to work with. Not the case at this visit. Asked for call back from Manager and still have not received a call.

Don’t tip! I’ve gone to this Pizza Hut twice now. First experience: I ordered carryout from the app(left tip there). The app said it would be ready in 15 minutes, we showed up after about 30. They hadn’t even started our order yet. They looked super busy, so we sat down and waited. And waited. We got up a couple times and asked them if our order was ready, and they said yeah just a couple minutes. About an hour after placing our order, we get up again and ask them if our order is ready, and apparently they had put it in the hotbox. It has been sitting there for 10 minutes getting crusty! Way to work for that tip peeps. Second experience: I ordered delivery from the app(left a tip for the driver there) we wait a little over an hour, at which point we’re wondering if the pizza is close to getting delivered. Eventually I find the email they sent me with delivery status and see “delivered”. I found the pizza sitting on my doorstep getting cold. The driver had left the food sitting on our porch and hadn’t even knocked on the door! How incredibly unsanitary and unsafe(luckily no ants or caterpillars had crawled into it, of which our area has many) Do not tip these people until you verify your order! Terrible customer service.

Large stuff crust Supreme. It was great. Pizza hot with fresh cut veggies. Taste good and price fair.. Service 35 mins wait. Dinning open. Plenty of parking. Employee appearance could be better.. Employees no mask and not to well groom.

The owner needs to contact me! Took my money. Never delivered the pizza. Tried calling to find out what is going on. The person answering the phone keeps hanging up. Called customer support and talked to someone who was helping. He also called and the person hung up on them as well. This is ridiculous!
