Pizza hut is usually pretty consistent except for this location. They’re so close to my house I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but to no avail. If you order Pan pizza there’s a good chance they’ll take your money and give you a hand tossed pizza that tastes like it’s a week old. This has happened several times. I get frustrated and then say “ok its been 6 months maybe they’ve changed.” But they don’t, it’s the same stale hand tossed pizza almost every time. The last straw was when I ordered a pan pizza with extra pepperoni. Not only did it look like a hand tossed pizza. It also had about 4 pepperonis on it. (Not an exaggeration) it looked pathetic. Its bad enough the food tastes bad but they also dont give you what you pay for (ex. Pan crust or extra pepperoni). After giving this location multiple chances I’m done with this store forever. I will say this, the employees have always been nice when picking up but that’s the only good thing I can think of about this location.

The grease on pizza taste like castor oil. There was no cheese on sides and all cheese was over cooked. Disappointed that I went out my way to pick it up. Anyway Mgr. Tim was nice enough. Advise, cooking oil makes everything cook faster and harder, and takes away the taste of cheese. Can’t forget the boneless chicken full of fatty material?

I place my order for a big box dinner they told me my wait time will be 40-45 minutes. When I arrived they told me it wasn’t ready they had to make it over again. They when I got home with my purchase it looked horrible and tasted horrible. The cheese was not melted and the wings tasted old and hard. This has been my worst experience I wasted money on horrible food that my family couldn’t eat. And when I called back nobody answered it wasn’t like they was busy.

Although the pizza was DELICIOUS, the customer service in this location is terrible. There was 1 employee making the pizza who saw me come in but didn’t let anyone in the back know there was a customer waiting. I thought she’d attend me after making the pie but that wasn’t the case. She continued to listen to her music on her headphones and made 3 additional pizzas. Eventually after 20 minutes of waiting in the front, 2 other women appeared by the oven and one gave me my order. She also had very poor etiquette. Pizza Hut please hire better.
