Got the big new Yorker and a cheese pizza… The NY was Just about burnt, stiff cheese almost no flavor. Total let down. The fact that I tipped makes it suck worse. Should’ve checked before I left but was in a rush. Cheese pizza was perfect though smh

I ordered a cheese and veggie lovers pizzas. They don’t taste like anything I have ordered from Pizza Hut before. My kids flat out refused to take a second bite. I called to express my concern and the gentleman was nonchalant and obtuse stating that when they fixed the pizza it tasted like pizza. $32.00 to the drain

First time ordering from this Pizza Hut. Ordered pizza at 3:33, called in to check status of order at 5:30…. They gave me some Kocamemi story of a wreck on some highway and she was going to get ahold of the driver. Never heard back from her but a DoorDash driver showed up at my house 15 min after. Delivery driver laughed when asked about the accident and responded that it was “complicated.” If you are looking for a quick meal, this is not the place. Plus, you don’t wrap hot pizza in plastic bags…. WTH!?

Food took over 1 1/2 to be delivered, it was cold, our regular breadsticks had no seasoning on top the bottoms of one end were covered in burnt cinnamon, and they didn’t include the dipping sauce with the sticks. I was very disappointed. We usually get great service and perfect food but they totally failed on this order.

Pizza Hut website wasn’t functional so I called in an order. I had reward points that I need to use and explained that in the beginning of my conversation. I gave my address, name and all pertinent info, after 10 minutes of trying to explain a simple order (one Pizza and 2 sides), the guy comes up with a total that almost double of what it should have been. After I was quoted the incorrect amount, I reminded the employee that I was using rewards points, but at this point I was irritated at the entire situation. I told the employee, to disregard my order and I politely ended the conversation. Pizza Hut at Dallas Acworth Hwy – get your act together.

I ordered $25 worth of food. When I shielded up to pickup my order, I asked how much it would be to add an additional large pan supreme. I was quoted $23. I looked quickly in the app and found two large pizzas for that price. When I asked about a coupon, I was told there is a $12.99 coupon but I would need to have that coupon. When asked if I wanted to order that, I explained I wasn’t going to spend that for one pizza. The employee was unwilling to budge. He suggested that I look for coupons in the mail. I explained I couldn’t think of the last time that I had seen actual coupon s for Pizza Hut. Basically, he’d rather lose an order that you’d still profit on at $12.99 than provide some sort of discount. I’d my kids weren’t hungry, I would have asked for a refund on my already placed order.

Placed an order for large pizza and wings. When it arrived we open the box to find the pizza was over cooked. So much so that you couldnt even tell there was cheese on the pizza. My husband drove up there and showed them and the response he got was “whats wrong with it” he promptly asked for a refund and we ordered from papa johns instead. Dont spend your hard working money here.

took an hour to get here when the estimated time was 25-35minutes. The lady I spoke to was very rude. When the pizza arrived it was cold and old. You can tell it’s old because of the temp, the box was soggy from sitting in the bag and the accumulated humidity overtime from when it was hot, and the cheese was darkened and hard. I will never order from here again.
