Placed a delivery order around 6:45p last night and didn’t receive my pizza until around 8:30p. In between that time, I called the store number listed to inquire about my order, BUT it routed me to a contact center. The first person I spoke with was 1 hr after my order. He claimed that he called the store and that my order was walking out the door as we speak. He did not help me with a discount, a refund, a perk or anything. 30 mins later and still no delivery. I called back and spoke with 5 different people. All claiming to transfer me to a manager who could help but ultimately they were transferring me back to the contact center. One guy I even spoke to twice because he transferred me back to himself… The last guy had me on hold for over 10 minutes when FINALLY, the pizza, arrived 1 hr and 45mins later. I disconnected the call. Spoke with the driver and HE COULDN’T HELP ME EITHER. My pizza was just warm. Terrible experience. Terrible

I ordered the big New Yorker custom with pepperoni, sausage, banana peppers, and extra cheese. First definitely no extra cheese and second, look like they took an already prepared New Yorker and added the sausage and banana peppers on top. They were rolling off each time I picked up a slice. Definitely wasn’t baked in with extra cheese.

I am not sure what’s going on with this Pizza Hut but the taste of the pizza is not the same as the other pizza huts. I stay 5 minutes from this location can something is always wrong when I order a thin crust pizza. It taste like the pizza is not cooked throughly. Today, I ordered hand toss to see if this location could do better with hand toss instead of thin crust and something was off with the taste of the pizza. I stopped ordering from this place because of this and today to please my daughter I decided to go here instead of driving to Dallas highway Pizza Hut. I will travel the extra minutes for great pizza next time.

The food was warm not hot. One of the pizzas didn’t have enough sauce on it. I was thankful that our breadsticks weren’t hard & burnt this time. Not sure if it’s management that needs to do retraining of employees or the company’s quality is changing, but it’s definitely not enjoyable as it used to be.

The people working there are always nice! Great people. But getting my order right has never been their specialty. (Ordered wings and got nuggets) The delivery drive didn’t even follow the instructions to leave it at the door for social distance. To top it off, the pizza was cold.

Pizza Hut is now using Door Dash for deliveries. They can’t deliver to the correct address. Pizza Hut get ready to lose business. Not a good business decision.
