This Pizza Hut has really taken a turn for the worse. This actually used to be my favorite Pizza Hut location, that is until recently. I don’t know what happened to the older white guy who was the manger but they need to bring him back! When he was there my food was always hot and fresh. Now the staff is rude and unprofessional and the food is horrible! For this reason I will never visit this location again.

They will Rob you for your money, I order a big dinner box they sent the wrong items, when I called in about they stated they would send the right order back. No body every came back out. When I tried to call them they were closed. I spoke with the manager the next morning and they were rude and hang the phone up in my face. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I was at the shopping center to visit Kroger. My daughter wanted pizza. I ordered the pizza online and we waited in the car to pick it up. This was the freshest pizza I’ve ever gotten. It was perfect! I was pleased.

Ordered the dinner box and it never showed up. I called back to ask about the order and they said it was complete in which I never got my food and was told they can’t do anything for me to call customer service. So basically I was robbed and I have to wait for customer service to get back with me and hopefully get my money back. Worst experience ever in pizza delivery.

order one supreme pizza on the app. Arrived at store when app said 10 min. til pickup and paid for pizza. Store associate said it wasn’t ready but would be in 10 min. Returned 10 min later and associate said it wasn’t ready and it would be 5 more minutes. Waited another 10 min. while everyone after me got their food. finally the manager said it would be 10 more minutes and I had to ask for a refund. And it still took an additional 10 minutes to get my refund as I stood there starving, and the manager was upset with me. No more rude slow pizza hut employees ruining my day…I won’t be back!
