I placed an order online and when when I went to go pick it up after I was told it was ready on my app- the guy makes me wait 10-15 min more and then tells me my order isn’t ready, he doesn’t give me estimate or anything, closes the window and keeps me waiting some more. My husband and I have frequented this location many times over the years and today, a server by the name of Christian who processed our transaction in the drive-through forced us to pay for breadsticks that we have ALWAYS gotten for free with our pasta, as this is a known promotion for Pizza Hut and because our children were hungry and we didn’t want confrontation, we paid. This felt like a scam and we feel like we were completely taken advantage of.

STOP WITH THE OLD STALE DOUGH. It’s every time now. Is it so hard to put frozen dough discs in the pans every day and not re-use days-old dough? You don’t even have to mix it just stick new frozen discs in the pan. Just asking. Please hire good consistent management that cares. This place is too hit or miss now, not wasting any more money.

Placed an order last night around 10pm it showed they were making the order and it would be delivered around 1045pm. I waited and waited and nothing ever came. Didn’t receive a cancellation email or even a call saying we don’t have any drivers or anything. I’m still waiting for my money to get back on my card. This is absolute bad business. If you knew you didn’t have drivers call me and I can come pick I up. I’m waiting for a pizza to get delivered obviously because we’re hungry and by the time we finally realized it’s not coming everything else is closed it’s just not right

These guys are really friendly! We were traveling to Tennessee and stopped by to take a pizza. They made a mistake with our sauce and tried to repair it in all possible ways. They gave us a second pizza free with the right sauce. They pizza was delicious! Sometimes a mistake shows how good the company is! Thank you.

The experience was very unpleasant.. I got a completely pizza upon my pick up time and when I asked the attendant, she had an attitude about trying to get it fixed. Had to wait another 15 -20 min to get the pizza fixed. Even after that they didn’t get the customization on the toppings right…not at all happy about this experience
