Do yourself a favor don’t come to this location!!! The point of delivery is getting your whole order. Of course I didn’t and Manger wouldn’t refund the delivery fee. She the only one working. If I had the power I would shut this location down smh. Can’t blame nobody but myself from ordering from this ghetto location!!!

Terrible, Disgusting, cheap pizza hut location ever I experienced. I WILL NEVER EVER DROP MY MONEY ON THIS LOCATION. This 80 years old granny with filthy mouth working there, I ordered pepperoni lovers pizza, she gave me only 12 pepperoni on it!! I thought she gave me just cheese pizza, it was ridiculous. I asked for marinara sauce, she gave me two smallest cup and took it back one, told me I GET INLY ONE CUP for 2 XL pizza. She repeated like retarded (you get only ONE SAUSE) otherwise pay, $1.07 for additional. Just remind you I spent well over $50 for just pizza alone. Very cheapy operation for not giving out pepperoni, no marinara sauce, and no given Fxxx customer service was last straw for me to not going this location ever again.

Whomever owns this restaurant need to do a customer service meeting with the manager for the location and the staff. I proceeded to tell the manager (when she pulls back into the parking lot smelling of alcohol and weed)me along with 7other customer had been waiting outside over 30mins beating on the door to gain entrance. She lied an said nobody inside but when we gained entrance a big dude was in there making pizzas. Like bro was you eating or something. I don know who to be more mad at him for not answering the door for 30mins or her for not even offering a simple sorry to defuse the situation.I’ve lived in this area way before this pizza place was put in the plaza. I will not patronize here anymore there’s a change here.

Walked in wasn’t even acknowledged after she completed whatever she was doing didn’t show me my food. Didn’t think a lot about it till I got home and the cheese sticks were burned and the wings were boneless (asked for traditional)….then she spent 10 minutes with me arguing about the name on the screen in the store sayoing the name was different from the order…it wasn’t she just needs glasses….back to Dominoe’s

When I say this is the sorriest store ever like it’s a shame !!!!! I ordered the big dinner box over the phone so I waited in my car 10-15 minutes to go in…. I go in told this older lady with ponytail; barely had teeth in her mouth my order she told me the price I pulled out 100$ bill she tell me she has no change after looking at each other crazy I said no change where’s your manager?? She said she is the manager this is the hood I have no change in my register I said but y’all made my order how am I supposed to get my food??? She told me to go to gas station to get change which I did came back paid her I opened my box to check my food everything was good until I looked at my wings barely no sauce on them I said can I get some more sauce on them? She said it’s enough sauce it just went to the bottom I said well can y’all put it in the tray with some more sauce and shake it up she said unless you wanna pay 1.03 I’m like never mind after spending 35$ with them already will not return back to this location at all!!!!!
