One of the worst if not the worst Pizza Huts in the country. I made an order over the phone, had my debit card charged, waited 2 HOURS and never received my order. This place sucks, this city sucks and the people that work their sucks.

This Pizza Hut needs to hired new management and staff!!! I have gone to this location several times this month (two of those times this week) out of convenience. They lack manners…you can stand for up to 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you, and yes they can see that you’re standing at the counter. They sometimes don’t even have your pizza ready at the promised times. I recently waited 15 minutes pass the time that my pizza was promised to be ready. It seems this Pizza Hut location aims for mediocre service. I could deal with slower service than what’s expected any day over the lack to at least acknowledge my presence as a customer. It doesn’t matter if the employee isn’t the one working the cash register, if they can see a customer, they should step away from over the food prep area and say, “Hi, welcome to Pizza Hut. Someone will be with you shortly.” But that’s not what you get at this location on 10th Street in Atlanta. You may as well be a brick wall because that’s how they treat you when you walk into this location and it never fails! I wished there was a closer location to my home because I would drive there instead.

Food was delivered fast and hot. They even gave me extra sauces and napkins. However i think it distracted from the fact that my order was not correct. I asked for thin crust extra extra sauce. Even added a note, lifting the cheese i can see crust, where is the extra sauce? As someone who has worked for Pizza Hut many times I know that sometimes pizzas are pre-made, but it only takes a second to make a pizza from scratch that the customer actually ordered. I’m pregnant and I have cravings and it’s sad that what I love from Pizza Hut is the sauce but pizza is dry as can be.

Ordered carry out. When I arrived they told me they’d lost my pizza. With a smirk the guy told me they had to remake it. Finally got it an hour after I ordered it. They refused to give me a discount or anything.

I was in Atlanta for work and ordered from this place. Everything was going smooth up until it showed my order was out for delivery, 3 minutes before the delivery was supposed to occur I received a text saying my order was cancelled. I called the store and was waiting for 30 mins before I hung up and called the as if placing a new order, rang 2 seconds and got an answer, told them what happened and they transferred me to the store line and again 15 min waiting before I decided to hang up. I placed a claim and was told I would receive a call in 3 business days, after the 4th business day waiting I called again and was told I would get a call again and that it had been escalated. It’s been 10 business days no call or anything and they actually charged me for the order. If I could do a negative star review I would. DO NOT ORDER from this place.

Here from out of town. Got my pizza and cheese bread on time(not cheese sticks since they didn’t cut them). The pizza was NOT cooked long enough along with the cheese bread(once again, not sticks). I’m resorting to putting everything in the oven to fully cook thru. I don’t like eating raw dough under my toppings and have a semi solid stuffed crust cheese. One star means I remember why I stopped ordering from pizza hut. No consistency anywhere
