I was hung up on the phone two times while trying to make changes to our order. Extremely bad customer service and will never return again. After multiple terrible experiences, Pizza Hut needs to go bankrupt God Bless you. I hope whoever hung up on us finds peace so they can never disrespect a harmless customer again. Stay black!

The meat lovers pizza was great, but the servicer was rude. When I asked about getting some condiments, she rudely started that each container was a $1. I asked her what she said, and she got loud when she had to repeat herself. I thought about the service that Chick-fil-A gives and quickly had to remember that this was no Chick-fil-A, so I thanked her and left. I will probably not return just because of her rudeness.

Hi I came last night around 11 and the managers was smoking marijuana outside. Was also loud and was taking too long to take my order. It’s really unprofessional for someone to be smoking then making someone’s food. Not a good look. I always come here it’s mostly just the manager who is loud and being rude to customers.

The didn’t have the ingredients for the pizza I ordered (no onions or pork) for the super supreme and charged me for both take out and delivery. Employees don’t answer the phone at the store location and I was advised by a call center staff to dispute the additional charge with my bank. This location is the definition of Gitto. Once, an employee used my payment information to pay her straight talk phone bill. Management wouldn’t respond to my calls so I had to again get my bank involved

I am a Door Dash Diver, who has picked up at this location for at least 3 months. The front counters are always filthy, your clerks work all around it like it’s nothing. Their attitudes are terrible, and they never have the food ready on time.

This location doesn’t deserve any stars, but the app made me choose. The customer service is horrible. It wasn’t like this a few years ago. Now they are out of pizza and they have an attitude and hangup the phone before you can order anything else. This was my neighborhood store. Now I’d rather give my money to another pizza chain before I give Pizzahut another penny.

Every single time I come to this Pizza Hut it’s always Horrible customer service I weighed it an hour for a large pizza wings and Alfredo he told me to come back in 20 minutes I come back my order was never even cashed out I asked to speak to a manager and the manager said she didn’t have time to come out and speak to me because she was cutting pizza multiple peoples orders were ahead of mine and they came after me I’m pretty sure Pizza Hut does not treat their customers like this like I have continuously try to give this Pizza Hut my money and every time it’s an issue. The manager needs to address this immediately like I’ve reached out to managers to let them know and continuously it’s still the same issue corporate needs to come in and watch video tapes of how they treat their customers this is just disappointing. I don’t want any more credits I want good customer service when I’m trying to feed my family you guys food.
