Love Pizza Hut! Great and friendly customer service! Called because our order was wrong…payed for original pan but was made thin crust.. no biggie! I just wanted to give a heads up and he offered full refund! We said we were ok but he insisted on the refund! We will be ordering more soon! Hubby eats Pizza Hut at least 3 times a week!

Incorrect order. We wanted 2 personal pans with different things on each and they gave us one medium pizza with only the ingredients on that pizza, not half and half and not what we wanted in the first place. They got one star for getting the wings correct and one star for the pizza credit but because this isn’t the first time we dealt with incorrect orders I’m leaving this review. If anything they should have given the money back on the card and not as a credit to order for this place again. Highly annoyed with the level of service restaurants are giving us now a days.

Stood at the front for more than 20 mins trying to get someone attention and the man in the back purposely ignored me multiple times when I tried to see if my order was ready. No one bothered to come to the front and ask if I needed help or anything. Very weird and unprofessional behavior.

It’s still good pizza, with the best crust EVER!! This was a shot in the dark and this pizza was meaty and cheesy… I just forget to add a couple of veggies. It’s the pizza that I never leave the crust Yet, I’m from Detroit and…we kind’ve didn’t have a “pizza” per se, except for the Owner of the Red Wings (hockey)

Terrible F’Kn service everytime I order from here…..soon as you walk in the workers are just standing there looking stupid. They don’t even speak. I ordered pizza 2x in one week. I asked for square cuts “Chicago style” twice and I didn’t get that neither times. Like read instructions. When I approached them about the specific cuts they just stood there and looked at me like they didn’t understand English. They didn’t care to even fix the problem, just lazy. Whatever happened to customer service. That’s exactly why I didn’t tip. Won’t be back!!

I was looking to try Pizza Hut after so many years and of being a Loyal Domino’s customer and I regret it. The pizza was halfway cooked…the middle was practically raw. They need to calibrate the oven or cook the pizzas a little longer.

I intended to order a large thin and crispy cheese pizza with extra sauce, well done. I forgot to mention the thin and crispy part, so I received the original crust. I was not at all disappointed. The pizza was made EXACTLY to my specifications and was delicious. The wait for carry out wasn’t long and the service was solid as well!
