The pizza was lighter than expected, what with an extra order of cheese on a thin crust pizza but it was ordered for my mama on her Federal holiday so it’s all good. Fellow at the front confirmed that mom didn’t want the pepperoni on her half and the pizza was good. A bit pricy but good.

I tried to work here as a driver. I was refered and told I would start at $18/hr. The manager whom was black and homosexual offered me $8.50/hr. I have nothing homosexual people and my friend that referred me was gay too. With that being said I sent 2 other gay friends in the same day that where white and had no work experience to ask for the driver delivery position and he offered them both $17-$18/hr.

If I could do 0 stars I would. The staff was kind and courteous as well as the manager but I placed an order at 7:15 pm. At 7:45 pm they said it’s out for delivery. At 8:14 pm they said they didn’t have drivers and are using doordash so they will make my order again. No problem. Then I call an hour again after and they said it’s picked up. It’s been 35 min and still nothing. Then I ask them, so you are using doordash drivers because you don’t have driver. They said yes. I said can you even track them? They said no. So what do you think the first two drivers did with my pizza and me waiting almost 3 hours. Such bs. Do better. Even corporate cant be contacted correctly for a chain this big man come on.

They steal driver’s tips! If you tip on website, Pizza Hut will now randomly use a Door Dasher to deliver your pizza and the poor door dasher does NOT GET YOUR TIP!! Pizza Hut company does!! This is terrible and they are taking jobs away from regular Pizza Hut drivers too.

Ordered a pizza at 8:50. It’s now going on 10:00 and my pizza hasn’t arrived. Call the store and they said that they had “3 orders ahead of me” and that the delivery drivers were just leaving. Never ordering here again, wish I would’ve read reviews first. Good grief. The delivery driver did give his sincerest apologies and it’s not his fault but I did indeed call corporate after being informed of managers walking out on shift and leaving a store for new employees to run! Ridiculous. Also did not give me marinara or icing sauce to go with my food. And it was also the wrong pizza.

If I could give this store a zero rating I totally would. Not only did I get the wrong order by a DoorDash delivery driver, but when he knocked on my door and said he was actually bringing me the wrong order he didn’t even bother to wait. So I called the store and they said I needed to deal with DoorDash. I’m not waiting for DoorDash. It is Pizza hut’s responsibility to make sure that the right orders go out to the right people, and if you have delivery drivers whether they be from DoorDash or not it is your responsibility to make sure that your customers get the right order. Unbelievably bad service!
