Long time customer and never really had any issues. I had multiple melts ordered for delivery and was only specific on one (no pork) and some dips. Order arrived; no dips and the specified melt had NOTHING on it. Not even cheese. Folded over bread that was completely empty. Called the location about it, again only one out of like 5 melts ordered had the issue. I had to repeat myself multiple times. The girl on the phone didn’t seem to understand. She finally asked someone for help and then they seemed confused about that as they just put her back on the phone and told here what to say and she repeated what I said to them. Horrible customer service. They then asked for pictures, which I said I had, then they changed it to “oh you’ll have to bring it in” I ordered delivery for a reason, why am I going to drive it back in? You paying for the melt AND my Uber? Something that wasn’t even a huge ordeal has been blown out of proportion for no reason.

I order from here a lot and they never disappoint. Everyone is really friendly and seem to have fun working together. My order was wrong a couple of times but they were really cool about remaking it. My only complaint is the location. There isn’t much parking and it can be a pain sometimes to get out.
