Emerson Never Stop
Cancelled my pizza. One pepperoni per slice almost and we don’t want to talk about where the cheese WAS NOT on my pizza. Then to add insult to injury, THEY NO LONGER PUT BUTTER ON THEIR FAMOUS CRUST! That’s what made Pizza Hut stand out from the rest! I’ll go back to the competition for half the price and twice the meat and cheese!

I ordered online as delivery and they didnt even have a driver. they didnt call me to let me know until they made the pizza(which was 40 mins after i placed the order) and it was the time i was supposed to get it. the guy told me it would be another 40 minutes. as that next 40 mins came, i got a text it would be another hour. when i called to complain the guy was completely rude to me and had a lot of attitude and would not listen to a single thing i said and would yell over me. they are completely rude and have the worst customer service out of any pizza place i have ever ordered from. never ordering from here again.

I have never had a issue with pizza hut until Yesterday. I called and was wanting to place an order. The guy who answered the phone was so rude and needs a deep deep training session in customer service. I had him on speaker and was in the car at the time. I asked him if he could tell me the specials if they had any. He told me they have them online and I could check them out on line. I said could you please tell them to me. He laughed and said I could look them up on line. I said are you serious I’m driving, you can’t tell me them and he said yea NO really you can look them up on line. I replied with I will NEVER ever order from this pizza hut again. I really hope yall get some better employee’s or I have a feeling you will be losing more
