We have recently moved to the area and have been three times to this Pizza Hut. The food is tasty hot and accurate and the curbside customer service was excellent. Tim took my payment when it would not go through online and was very patient and pleasant! I have been in customer service for over 50 years and this location always goes above and beyond in that area! I ordered curbside pickup, got there 10 mins early and checked in that I was there and after 20 mins passed I went inside to see what the hold up was. 2 employees were cleaning up in the lobby and having a personal conversation while my pizza sat in the box ready in the cabinet. Her excuse was we were busy. Not a single customer there but me. Not good customer service, my pizza was good but the customer service I received will make me think twice before ordering there again.
