I answered their survey request to let them know about our experience. The pizza was under cooked and overall not very good. For me this was an exception at this location. However, the email I received about thanking me for helping them to improve their customer’s experience in the future was really a poor response. Basically a “sorry for your experience, we will do better next time”. Where is the ownership and fixing the experience I had. I might as well sent them the money and not picked up the pizza.

Every time we order from this location, there has been a 2 hour delivery time. We are new to the area, this is crazy. Racism? IDK.. but This was the last time. The customer service is TERRIBLE and they just do not care. We work to hard for our money to be treated so bad, then still have to tip. We will order from Papa John’s from now on. We don’t support them anymore.

Worst wings ever!!!! The mild wings were so hot we could not eat them. There is no more than a small bite of chicken on each wing. Dry and horrible. I ordered 15 wings — half parmesan garlic half mild — they are in the trash.

We ordered double peperonie and nanna peppers and one double peperonie and hollipeno peppers we got only one layer of pepperoni and double cheese I took the regular one back and they replaced it like I wonted .GET AN AMERICAN TO ANCER THE PHONE SO THE ORDERS ARE MORE SPOT ON PLEASE ON ONE UNDER STANDS A FAST TALKING PERSON THANKS FOR HEARING ME OUT .ITS SO AGERVATING AND NOW GAS EATING TO GO BACK TO YAWL AND EXPLANE IT WHEN THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN AMERICAN ON THE OTHER END FOR US

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in years, saw the new NY style pizza and decided to give it a try. Cardboard with sauce may have more flavor than what was delivered. It was cold and hard as a rock when it showed up too! Waste of money! A frozen pizza is better!
