Ordered online and went to drive thru since they are not allowing walk-ins. No one came to the window and the person at the register refused to turn around an acknowledge our presence. The employee continued to talk on the phone and turned his back to us. He also continuously scratched his head as we watched. As he scratched he kept checking his nails for dandruff… hopefully… possibly lice… not sure but that definitely eliminated my appetite. I would put negative stars if I could.

My first time ordering from this pizza hut. I Ordered a thin crust pizza with Creamy Garlic Parmesan sauce however, when pizza arrived I noticed it was very dry and without any sauce. I called the store and spoke to Tristian, who reportedly is the manager, and he very rudely told me, “the sauce is white, you just can’t see it.” I then told him I was aware the sauce was white but I should be able to see and at least taste it, neither of which I was able to do. Tristian, again, very rudely offered to replace the pizza, stating “it’ll be an hour to an hour and a half, we are very busy…”Needless to say, I opted to have my card refunded. This pizza hut has very poor customer service, and has unfortunately lost my business.

They have a very poor system of being able to pick up your pizza. If your order is ready and there are people in the Drive-Thru line, which is the only way you can pick up your pizza, you sit there until everybody else is finished picking up their Pizza, even if yours is ready and theirs is not. There needs to be a way for them to acknowledge that you’re there in the Drive-Thru line and if your pizza is done it would be great to be able to get your ready pizza instead of allowing it to get dried out in the warmer while you wait for others.

Well first I called at 9:34pm to ask about delivery or pick up. I’m sitting outside in my semi truck. Tristan answers the phone and said that I can’t order or walk inside to get a pie. Mind you I’ve been on the road all day driving up from Florida. He says the doors are locked and I can’t order. I ask are you closed it says 10pm. He says the doors are locked and I can’t order. I say but you close at 10. He says yea but you can’t order. I wonder how you are in business if you can’t keep true to your hours of service. I wonder how the owner of this franchise feels about how much money has been turned down since TRISTAN wants to go home early. Maybe that is why they are in the 3.0 range according to the reviews. You can’t get any good customer service anymore. Kids have no work ethic whatsoever. Sad!!

I ordered 3 pizzas and wings online on Christmas Eve for pick up. Because, they had just opened a new “Carrie Out/Delivery” location in my area I called them to make sure which location I needed to go to in order to pick up the pizza and they told me the new location. I get to the new location and they can’t find my order so they sent me to the restaurant. So, I drove to the restaurant and waited to get my pizza. The wings were not on the order and when the girl showed me the pizzas one of them was was wrong. At this point I am very frustrated with this entire situation. The girl said I wait 30 minutes and they can make another one. I said no!! I need to get home, but I need all of the pizzas I ordered to feed my family. She told me to take the pizzas and she would credit me back for the pizza that was incorrect and gave me the 5 piece buffalo wings that didn’t even show up on my order. I asked her to reverse the money to my card and give me a new receipt and she said she couldn’t, because it was online order. She said she would show as the pizza not picked up and it would credit back to my card. This never happened! I called this afternoon to speak with the manager about it, but was told she was on the phone and had to cut pizza and would call me back. I never received a call from the manager. I called later in the evening to speak with a manger only to get a rude “supervisor” on the phone. I asked for her manager and he informed me he is not at my local branch, but was forwarded to a type of overflow call center. He could not help me, because he had no information. I am so beyond frustrated!!! He said he would email the branch manager and she would get in touch with me. This is terrible service all the way around! I will not be ordering for Pizza Hut again!
