I ordered a pizza half cheese half pepperoni and bacon. The cheese half was clearly not from the same pizza. It was smaller, the cuts didn’t line up and it was cold and dried out. They apparently pieced together old pizzas. Very disappointing! I’m uploading a picture of it also.

Just today I ordered the Philly cheesesteak pizza and got it delivered no peppers know onions little to zero cheese I called the store manager said they would remake my pizza an hour and a half goes by no pizza. I had up to the store to tell the manager hey since you guys didn’t bring me my pizza, can I have my money he said nope I told him not to remake your pizza and I said why and he said well I made it there’s nothing wrong with it like I said there was zero to little to no cheese no peppers and onions which comes on a Philly cheesesteak pizza I know because I used to work there and so I guess since win in the history of customer service does a manager get to say well. I can leave some ingredients off of your food you’re gonna take it and eat it and there’s nothing wrong with that don’t really make your food or give your money back like This is bottom of the barrel .. I would like a call back from a manager to return my money since I’ve never got my food the least they can do when somebody pays $50 for Pizza’s. Make sure it’s right.

I’ve had good pizza from this Pizza Hut on most occasions. However, tonight was just completely abnormal. I checked the Contactless Delivery box, and put a small TV tray outside right by the door. The delivery driver knocked like he was the police. Weird, but whatever. There was over 2 inches of crust all the way around both pizzas before the toppings started. They put their “new cheese steak melt” in the same box as my cinnamon rolls, now this is not a problem, the problem is that the cinnamon rolls were severely undercooked and the cheese steak melt had burnt meat on it, and I do mean burnt. Like black and crumbly burnt. I’m not sure what they were going through tonight, but I hope this is a one off situation. Delivery is too expensive to be so bad.

Emma, one of the managers at this location, is absolutely the best! The pizza hut in winder is my favorite place to order pizza from simply because of the energy and the amazing customer service that Emma brings to the table! She’s only 20 years old and this pizza hut was her first job at 16 is what I was told and I’m glad she stuck with it because it has made me a very happy customer!

We order all the time and i know the “special instructions” is just a request but we pay extra for pan pizza and it should have a crispy crust not soft and doughy. Also if someone orders a veggie pizza please dont skimp out on the veggies. They are cheaper than meats and you should be generous with them. Thanks

I always ask for extra sauce on my pizza a lightly cheese. I never get the correct order on my pizza. My wings are always delicious but my pizza is always incorrect and when I ask for it to be corrected the manager or the rep challenges me instead of fixing the problem.

I wish I could give it ZERO stars for the customer service from the Store Manager Emma. She was very rude because I asked why don’t they deliver to my house which is 6 minutes away. Especially when they are the only pizza we eat. My husband called me and said he tried to deliver and they told him they don’t deliver to my address and hung up. So he then calls me and ask me to do it because I am the one who normally does. They said the same thing. So I asked politely May I know why, especially when we only eat from them. Emma the store manager said she has no reason and got smart and said bye and hung up

Honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten at this location. Called to speak to the manager (Emma) and was basically told too bad nothing she could do . Ordered pepperoni lovers, had MAYBE 20 pepperoni on the whole thing. Paid extra for this. Cheese was sliding off the pizza, I don’t even think this was a pan pizza which I also paid extra for.

The Pizza was terrible. I haven’t been to this location in a while. So I gave it another chance. Wrong decision. Other than the Pizza being fresh from the oven. It hardly had any Sauce on it, I ordered extra cheese and it hardly had any on it as well.

Emma is the worst employee I have ever encountered. She is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered curbside pickup, checked in and after a several minutes had not received my order so I called the store. Rude Emma answered and said they were not doing curbside, due to staff shortage. I told her I just saw an employee deliver a pizza to a man in a truck and they had a lengthy conversation. Curbside was available when I placed my online order, I got a text message confirming my order and the curbside delivery.She said it would be a few more minutes and could not tell me when or if someone would bring it out and hung up. I waited fifteen more minutes (all while the food is ready and sitting under a heat lamp-according to Rude Emma) I told her I did not have my walker and I could not walk in and pick up the order because of my handicap, she hung up in my face. I canceled the order and went home. Emma does not have Pizza Hut’s best interest at heart. She should not be dealing with the public. Emma’s actions make her a menace to society and should not represent a great franchise like Pizza Hut!
