I ordered a large meat lovers pizza thru Door Dash but when the pizza arrived, it was a medium cheese pizza. I called the store back and they apologized and explained that the order came thru as a meat lovers but with zero meat.. they made us a new meat lovers pizza and delivered it that moment. This is amazing customer service and we appreciate the Fort Oglethorpe Pizza Hut. Great customer service!

I was craving a supreme pizza from Pizza Hut. I have not had one in a very long time. I ordered my pizza for pick up. When I got there my pizza was ready, hot fresh (and delicious I found out when I got home). The gentleman who helped me was super friendly and fast getting my order to me. He was working in the back and stopped what he was doing to help me as soon as I walked in. I will definitely be back soon.

A “bread” pizza. Minimal sauce and cheese. I ordered mushrooms on the pizza and chicken and bacon on half. Couldn’t see or taste the chicken or bacon. Minimal mushrooms.

This pizza was horrible!! Was supposed to have been “Right out of the oven” according to the rep, went 4 minutes down the road and got to our destination. It was room temperature, rock hard dry crust, toppings were shriveled and dry, and Almost NO cheese! It was worse than 2 day old pizza! Never again! Wish I could post a pic—it was truly unbelievable how bad this pizza looked. Should have checked the box, or I would have never left with it and requested a refund. Threw it in the trash and ordered elsewhere. Pitiful Pizza Hut!

I am absolutely not happy with the pizza hut in fort Oglethorpe. I have had nothing but problems with this particular store. Starting with the pizza being cold wrong plus wings being raw and such nothjng has gone right with this store. I would NOT recommend this store at all. I have spent a ton of money at pizza hut because pizza hut USED to be my favorite pizza chain but this store has ruined my love for the pizza chain. I’ve been asked to leave my name email and everythjng two or three times just to be ignored when I do what they asked they said they would fix it but it’s definitely a lie and a show on here to make it seem like they care since people read these reviews.. The last time I spent 75 dollars for my chicken wings to come back raw plus one of my 4 pizzas was wrong . The other three was cold . I called up there they assured me yhey would put me down for a full order of wings which I was aggravated but thanksful they decided to do something. I woke up today to call them and talked to a manager and gave everything we need and lo and behold everything was wrong and nasty this morning. I give up I’ll be going to the higher ups about that store.its awful . I wish I could put a negative 5 rating

So disappointing. I remember when pizza hut was one of my favorite places. But no longer. I recently purchased one of the large 3 topping pizza special for $10.00. The large was more on the size of a medium. Barely fully cooked. Hardly any sauce. Minimum of each topping. I was sad to see the quality decline so dramatically. Perhaps it was just this location. Perhaps not. But I will no longer buy pizza hut items in the future.
