I do not know her, but her smile, attitude, and customer service will ensure that she is a success in life. The pizza was cooked perfectly, but even if it hadn’t the experience that she provided would have overshadowed any flaws. I felt good leaving as I was leaving the store with my pizza.

Stopped to get a pan pizza. I wanted to dine inside. It threw the kid off when I told him I wanted to dine in. I guess most of it is take out or delivery. This place has fallen a long way. The inside needs to be completely remodeled. It’s a mess. The pizza was good but not the same. If you ate inside back in the day. You got waited on at the table, you could order a pitcher of beer, fountain drinks were available, and the pan pizza came in the pan itself, hot and fresh, to your table. You had a real fork, knife, or spoon, if you so desired, to eat with. Not plastic. Not so good now. This place is not geared for dine in. Nor is the one on Watson. It is a shame. I will say this, the young man that took my order, did his best to meet my needs.

I tried the Buffalo Chicken Hot Melt. It was freshly prepared and tasty. I also ordered the Mini Cinnabons that were perfectly cooked. More glaze on the rolls would have been appreciated.

Called in my order for carryout, they seemed to be on time with getting it out to me and everyone seemed to be courteous during my visit. The inside is not what it used to be, by which I mean the building used to house dine in opportunities but that is clearly no longer the case. That doesn’t bother me much though personally.

Best service & management. Haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in years, the staff is wonderful and the pizza is delicious. The store was clean, and the service speed was fast. Congratulations to the employees who have graduated, I noticed the achievements on the windows!

I purchased a $10 Tastemaker Pizza w/ thin crust. This pizza was DELICIOUS. The mini Cinnabon rolls were mediocre. The rolls could have have more glaze on them. This was a delivery order. With the cost associated with delivery, such as delivery fees and drive tip, I didn’t receive the value of the ADDITIONAL $9.99 that was added top of my food order. If I had been able to pick it up as a carry-out order, maybe I would have had a different opinion on value. I’ll order again, because it’s near my job. They can deliver rather quickly when I’m unable to leave and pick up my own lunch. My orders from this Pizza Hut is strictly for convenience. Prior to the chaos of the world, I hadn’t eaten at a Pizza in about 15 years.

I have recently just order from this company. Once my order was delivered I noticed that the drink I order was missing so I contacted the store to resolve this they explained to me that it would take 40 minutes to deliver my drink that is stated on my receipt. I then just asked for a refund they left me on hold for thirty minutes and hung up… I have lost all respect for this company as I will not be treated in this manner as a consistent paying customer… that being said this company has basically stole 3.69 from me by not providing my drink that I paid for!!!!! Very poor customer service…. If I could give zero stars I would for customer service!!!

Horrible experience….I drove 30 min round trip for curbside. Afyer trying for about 5 min to reach someone in the store, I finally sent my son in to pick up. I also tipped $3 for curbside I didn’t receive. Unfortunately, the pizza quality was also poor…see attached picture.
