Do not order from here!!! I ordered over 65 dollars worth of food and used my rewards for a pizza. I didn’t get that pizza. I called them and at first they said I didn’t order the pizza then they said it’s at the bottom of the receipt. She said she could give me credit for the “free” pizza or remake it and send it. I said I have to go to work. So I’ll do the credit. She then said she has to look up how much credit I would get since it was a “free” pizza she made sure she said it was a free pizza many times. The other food wasn’t even warm so I will not be choosing pizzahut ever again and you shouldn’t either.

I just left this location and will never be coming back. I had typed in the special instructions on my order that I wanted 2 marinara sauces with my Pizza Melt. I assumed they would add the charge onto my order. When I got there it only had one in the box and I asked for my second one, and the girl informed me that I would have to pay extra for that. And, I said ok, and she just stared at me, and then she said, without ringing it up, that it would be $2.36. To which I replied, oh no thank you and walked out. I called the store in Springfield and asked how much an extra side of marinara was, because the Melt already comes with one, and I wanted 2 in total. She said a side of marinara is $1.09 with tax. Now, normally I don’t mind being lied to, or even being extorted, but this was just uncalled for. I will never be coming to Pizza Hut again after this. That’s just rude.

PIZZA HUT RINCON GEORGIA. I ordered 2 large, 1 topping pizzas. The topping was pepperoni. With LIGHT sauce. But I received heavy sauce on both pizzas. Every single time I order pizza there, they ALWAYS do that. I ordered light sauce or no sauce and always received heavy. On top of that, I ALWAYS have to ask for my receipt. When you give me my change back, GIVE ME MY RECEIPT WITH IT. I shouldn’t have to ask for it.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at this store. I ordered online, got to the store when it said it would be ready. They forgot to make one of the pizzas on the order. So I had to wait 25 more minutes to get that,and the one that they made was not what I ordered I ordered extra pepperoni and hot seasoning on it and they gave me a plain pepperoni. The personal Pizza wasn’t cooked through so it couldn’t be , and the cookie was BURNT. We didn’t get any marinara sauce with the breadsticks or the p’zone, and I didn’t get the garlic sauce that I paid for. My family was very disappointed, to put it nicely.

It took an hour and 10 minutes to get my order. By the time I received my order the pizza was cold and soggy and it wasn’t worth the price I paid. I knew I should have just cancelled my order and stopped payment to Pizza Hut.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered for delivery at 6:50 pm for delivery at 7:20 pm. At 8:00 pm we were told that “oops it was forgotten, we can refund you or you can get it yourself”. We were told they refunded the money, we picked up the pizza, got hung up TWICE by Valerie. Absolutely the worst customer service. She said she has a lot to deal with and kept hanging up on us. Horrible! Corporate needs to clean house.
