We ordered a Pepperoni Lover Big New Yorker pizza for the second time. This one was burnt and there were not extra pepperonis. The pizza was so hard you couldn’t even fold it. It was like eating a a brick. I am so disappointed. It will be a cold day In hell before I order again

this place has very concerning health issues staff are not wearing safefty gloves while handling raw chicken products and then making food this is a huge salmonella risk the walk in cooler where product is kept is temping 15 degrees above maximum allowed temp which is 41 degrees dough is spoiled and smells yeasty

Unless someone who knows you is working that day, the service is quite usually very poor. The order is often inaccurate &/or late (& a handful of times, just never shows up), even if you order hours ahead for a specific time. This is over a couple of years time span, not just once or during a certain crew working.

Just ordered 2 Supremes one stuffed crust. Crust was still doughy and white no color at all. Can’t you at least cook the pizza all the way. Ordered 30 minutes before pickup. Ready in 15 min huh
