Ordered a pizza for delivery, then they say it will be delivered by door dash, still charged me a 5 dollar delivery fee , which they didn’t deliver, then I had to tip the door dash person , through with Pizza Hut

Great Service and food and friendly staff. Went to Dominos the night before and had the WORST service and customer service. Rated them on a survey also but no response so I guess their upper management dont care either. Pizza Hut in Baxley Ga did an EXCELLANT JOB I would STRONGLY RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE

I placed my order at around 6:35pm and it said it would arrive by 7:05pm. We ended up getting our order at 7:30pm so it was not hot and fresh and our order was wrong one pizza was missing topping and we ordered a dr pepper and received pepsi instead.

There is no access except through the drive by window, so you can’t park in their parking lot and go in to get your order. Access to the single window was terrible. Their dumpster blocked most of the entry. If there were more than two cars picking up they ended up in the side and back streets. There are multiple specials on the on line app. As we had never ordered using that app, we didn’t know about the specials. The employees didn’t mention anything about any specials or cost saving deals, so we ended up paying quite a bit more for our food. I doubt I’ll go back to this store, and would advise others to avoid them.
