My wife placed an order for food at 7:20. Part of the order showed up at about 8:00 which was fine, but after several calls and several stories we are sitting here at 9:20 without the rest of the order. This is the third time in a row that something has happened whether it be they forgot parts of the order or they took forever to deliver, it’s getting old. The last excuse was that they were short on staff because they aren’t bringing in enough money, that may be the case, but stretching out two employees and expecting them to be able to keep up with everything, causing a two hour wait, does not help make money flow. Looking at the reviews, this seems to be a habitual issue, and if management wants to succeed it needs to be taken care of. But for me… three strikes and you’re out!

I understand we are in a different time right now. Most places are short-handed and experiencing difficulties fulfilling many basic day to day task. However, I feel as though my situation could have been avoided and this was just basic negligence on the employees part. I placed a delivery order at 6:21 p.m. on 1/18/21. At 6:47, I received notification that my order was out for delivery. At 7:06, the manager called me and said, my order was ready, but the delivery driver had to run an errand and would be back soon to deliver my order. An hour later from when I originally placed my order, I called back at 7:26, and the manager said the delivery driver had to go to another store and pick up “ranch dressing”. He stated that it would be another 30 minutes at most. I told him we would just come get the order ourselves, and asked for him to just refund the delivery cost. He said unfortunately, he had already closed out the order and showed it being delivered so he could not refund me the money. By the time we picked up our order and made it back home, it was around 7:45. Our food was cold by this point. The delivery would have been a 5-6 minute drive at most from the store. This order could have been delivered prior to making the 30 minute drive, one way to the other store. Why was my order showed out for delivery, if in fact it was not being delivered? At the very least, Pizza Hut could have remade my order after the 2 hour wait in order for me to have a hot meal that I had just paid $80 for. These are just a few things I would recommend to make the experience better. In this case, your own employees “out-pizzaed the hut”.

Tried to find a gift card for my best friend for her birthday, tried at four other Pizza Hut stores and this was the only one that had gift cards. Granted I had to drive 50 miles one way to get there, but the people there were so nice and helpful, I’d do it again!

The dough was bad. Never had a pizza that bad in my life…… please reform this pizza hut!!!! I worked pizza hut many years ago and have seen and tasted old dough before and it tasted like old dough before it’s about to be burned off in the oven to be disposed of

This was the worse experience with Pizza Hut that I have ever had. Delivery took 1 and a half hours. I had to call after an hour to find out what was taking so long. When the pizza arrived it was cold. The breadsticks were hard and cold. I essentially paid 45 dollars to eat 2 slices of cold pizza. Will not be using Pizza Hut again.

I’m giving this location two stars. The exterior and interior of the restaurant was clean. However, customer service was not that great, the food was terrible, we ordered extra toppings and didn’t get that. I’m not pleased with this location verse other locations. I have to drive one hour in order to get a good pizza. I love pizza hut but, not this location.
