Took an hour to get here. They used door dash instead of their delivery driver. When it finally arrived, pizza was cold and burnt. Worst pizza I have had in years. Would have sent it back if it showed up earlier, and I wasn’t starving from waiting. Will not be back. Find somewhere else unless you want to have a bad dinner.

Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni had no sauce, and the crust was tough to chew. Cheese sticks were dry, and bland. Also had a meatball pizza that was dry, and meatballs tasted old.

I ordered delivery, and was brought the wrong thing. I called to ask if I can have the correct thing brought since I can’t leave work to go get it and was told they don’t have drivers and I’d just get a credit for that item that I can call later for, which the item was the whole purpose for my delivery order that I paid a delivery fee and tip for. I wouldn’t order delivery since if they mess up you can’t get your order fixed.

The new store manager, the one with the wrinkles and short hair is so rude and abuses her authority. First I was othe phone placing an order with a coupon they took the order quoted me up one price I get there and because I don’t have it with me they quote me a another price no one ever mentioned that I needed to bring it with me so I told her she can cancel my order I mentioned to her they never told me to ever bring a coupon in anytime I’ve ever used it but anyway later that day I ordered the same thing and came back with the coupon and then a week later she Banned Me from the store. I only went there for convenience the service is so bad I never like going there anyway but she just did some weird stuff for no reason

Try to call in an order a pizza I was coming from out of town was on hold all the way into town. I think that’s a bit ridiculous. Drive 20 miles trying to order a pizza and they won’t even answer the phone or hold the whole time. I almost get there and call the other Pizza Hut on Northside Drive. They take my order. No problem. We’re over here on Highway 84. They tell me one second and then never answer the phone again. So I will never go to this Pizza Hut again.

Store manager is rude and unprofessional. When I went to tell her what is wrong with my order and wanted a refund she hung up the phone and did not let me explain nothing to her. They need to do better, for one thing my order was wrong, and for you to be rude is uncalled for. For another, how are going to tell me that my order is not wrong, when you are not the eating it. She could have been a little more professional for the job title that she has.
