Ordered a stuffed crust pan pizza that cost just over $20 and when we got it home, opened the box to find that the crust was no thicker that the box it came in. Will not be eating from here ever again. The worst pizza I’ve ever tasted.

I had some issues yesterday but the manager Jay embodies everything that a manager should have. I can see why he’s the GM and he is a true assets a Pizza Hut. If it wasn’t for him, I would never order from the store again. There were a lot of miscommunications and unprofessional behavior’s yesterday when I ordered when he was not there. But after speaking to him today, he quickly rectify the situation was very professional, apologized and insured correction of the issues that we’re at hand. I could not be happier with my experience with him today.

We had two pizzas delivered and both were delicious! One was a standard pepperoni pizza and the other was a supreme. Both had generous toppings and seemed to have extra cheese, even though we didn’t order them that way.

Neici at Pizza Hut Northside Dr in Valdosta was awesome. I needed multiple pizzas and asked about specials. She suggested an online special and told me the prices are better online. She said I could call back and she would do her best to get it delivered when I needed it. Pizza showed up on right on time. I didn’t end up ordering the special she suggested because I liked another offer better, but I appreciated her making the suggestion and offering to try and get the pizza delivered at my requested time.

I purchased a pizza on 3 May 2023 around 10:00 pm. My pizza was not done, the cheese was not melted, it was cold and greasy, and it tasted nasty. It tasted like it was a leftover.

I paid $17 for a “pepperoni lover’s” pizza. They put maybe 2 or 3 pepperonis on each slice. Total waste of money. $6 extra most bestest at Little Caesar’s OR Sam’s Club $8 large pizza are much better values. Delivery was also 15 minutes later than expected. Never tip in advance on the online order platform because you have no idea what kind of service you will get. My mistake!
