No one ever leaves reviews when they have a good experience. So this is what I’m going to do this time. This is my first time ordering through Pizza Hut in Americus. Are use the online app and my food is actually done quicker than expected. Even with it being Halloween. The people inside were very nice. But the main reason I’m doing this review is because the food was phenomenal. My wings were cooked absolutely perfect and the sauce ratio was outstanding. Will definitely be back to get more wings soon!!

The worst Pizza hut and food in the world. The food made me very sick. This restaurant needs to closed down forever. The staff also sucks. Go to Zaxby’s, it’s in the same plaza, much better food and customer service.

First of all, Pizza Hut needs to stop ripping people off!!! If 12 wings are $21.49 number one that’s highway robbery but then you got the nerves to make people pay for dipping sauces like ranch and blue cheese when the person done already spent damn near $30 on 12 wings no I don’t appreciate it and I don’t like it and keep it up I won’t be coming back to Pizza Hut point blank period!!!! I mean I understand we’re going through a recession and the economy is not good but at the end of the day you can at least give someone dipping sauces with their wings that they paid so much money for!!!! I mean are you serious right now? Get Real!!

The staff was very rude and very incompetent. The order was placed originally online but was cancelled by the store for a reason they were unable to give. Then we called the store to place the order over the phone and spent over 20 minutes mainly on hold trying to place the order to someone who had no clue how to do their job or provide customer service. We were unable to place the order we actually wanted but settled for a different order and we went to the store to pick up the order. Also, we were overcharged for the order but paid it anyway because we had already been trying to get the pizza for 2 hours by the time we picked it up. In order for me to even consider going back to this particular Pizza Hut, there will have to be a drastic change in customer service and the staff. The only saving grace was the cook did amazing with the pizza.

The pizzas had almost no sauce on them. They were very dry and about like cardboard. This is not what we have come to expect from pizza hut. We got the Triple Treat box. Also, the 2 customer at a time in the store does not work well. Another person and I were waiting outside as requested (and had been for several minutes) and someone else walked up and went right on in. I opened the door and very nicely told him that I was next in line. The person at the cash register was very nice and professional. I appreciated the way she was handling things.
