Horrible experience!!!! Got our pizzas Friday night. Had company over. My daughter spent right at 60.00. Ordered stuff crust pizza, bread, stuffed something. The pizza was so thin stuck to the box. All the food ordered was stuck to the box. The pizza was so thin it was would not stay together. There was no paper between the food and box. Do not know if we will ever order there again. Money in the trash.

Ordered from here last night. Went home, ate it and all seemed fine. Had leftovers so I brought them to work today and while I was eating I pulled whatever this was out from my mouth from inside the actual cooked bread part of the pizza. Looks and feels like plastic.

I was over charged on my order. They ran my card but refused to refund my money. They said I ordered on the app and they have no way to refund once you’ve paid. When I said how much it should be I was informed they have nothing to do with the “pizza hut” app. When I said something wasn’t right before he even ran my card I pulled up the app to show the price he said nothing could be done. He said he’d print out what I was bring charged. He ran my card and printed receipt. When I explained where I was over charged that when I found out they would not refund my money. He refused to give me my money back. If I cancelled the whole order he refused a refund even if I didn’t take pizza. He wanted to give me a store credit. He over charged me, refused to refund me, but it’s ok because I can have a store credit. They didn’t have any problem taking my money, but won’t correct it. Smh

I can’t even give one star but I have to in order to leave this review. We placed an order for delivery and when we got our order everything was wrong. The pizza was the wrong crust and the chicken Alfredo pasta was missing the Alfredo sauce. When we called the guy answered saying it was dominoes. Then told us they were out of the crust we wanted and tried to call us but we have no missed calls. So they swapped the crust, which could have been deadly if they switched it to the wrong crust since my husband is deathly allergic to dairy (dairy is in most crust types). He said they couldn’t do anything about it so we just hung up. That’s when I realized my Alfredo was missing the Alfredo and didn’t even find it worth it to call again. Nothing was right and the customer service was terrible.

Called in an order for Canadian Bacon and Pineapple and the young lady who took the order said that they didn’t have Canadian Bacon only regular bacon. I argued with her a little bit and said that it was a very common pizza topping and that I was sure that they had it. I said that I wanted a Hawaiian Pizza, but that still didn’t ring any bells. I was sure that someone behide the counter would figure it out so I let it go. When I went in to pick it up it ended up having bacon bits on it and I asked again if they seriously didn’t have Canadian Bacon, then she decided to ask someone else, and it turned out that they did. She offered to remake the pizza, but I wasn’t about to sit there for 15 minutes and wait. Never offered a discount or anything else, so ended up eating the bacon bit and pineapple pizza. It wasn’t too bad, but wasn’t the Hawaiian pizza that I had ordered.
